I really don't know much about musical instruments but while doing some research on Ebay. I believe this is a Trumpet? Overall this brass musical instrument measures approx. 19" inches in length without the mouthpiece. Bell opening measures approx. 5" inches in diameter. Front side of the bell reads: E. M. WINSTON BOSTON. Mouth piece reads: WINSTON BOSTON. Below the mouthpiece reads: 475 LTH. Serial# on second stem reads: 235617. Not sure. But looking at the others the round ring might be missing towards the bell. This instrument does have some minor dings and dents, please look closely at the pictures I've posted because I'm not sure if this is bent out of shape or it is suppose to be like this. Winston Biix 9ft, 8wt, 4pc Fly Fishing Rod
For sale is a used Winston Biix 9ft 8wt 4pc. fly fishing rod. This rod does have the owners name signed on the blank. All of the serial numbers match from each section to the rod tube. It features a fighting butt handle with a graphite reel seat. This rod is in good shape. It has been fished and spent most of it's life out of the case. There rod sock has been cleaned but had shown some signs of soil. Some of the finish is worn and lost it's sheen in places. This rod is a fisherman's rod. This is a great rod for throwing streamers for trout and bass. It can easily handle 300gr. sinking lines for this capacity. This is not a broomstick in the modern tradition of fast rods. it does have the winston tip feel. This rod has many more years left in it to benefit it's new owner for years to come. Offered for sale is a Winston IM6 9 foot. 3 piece, 3 weight fly rod with original rod sock, tube. Although this rod has been out of production for 10+ years it is still considered one of the best presentation rod series ever made! The 9' 3 pc, 3wt configuration is very rare and you will not be disappointed with the condition of this rod. Spooky fish, light tippet& small flies? No problem! This rod is perfect for chasing big trout on light tackle. This is a factory built, all original IM6 rod, with the serial number on all three sections, as is the norm with Winston"green sticks" The reel seat has a zebra wood insert and nickel silver up locking hardware. The spigot ferrules are in excellent condition and all seat uniformly. This rod has seen only limited use on the water and has been very well cared for. Up for auction is my Winston IM6 7 1/2 foot 3wt. 2 piece with original rod sock, tube. This is a factory built, all original IM6 rod, with the serial numbers written on both sections of the rod, plus on the cap of the rod tube. The spigot ferrules are in excellent condition, fit together with a 1/4 inch gap, just like they are supposed to. No deep scratches, dings, or any structural flaws whatsoever. No repairs have been made to this rod, none are needed. The tube has a few scratches from normal use, but is still in excellent condition. Sound, and depth without shelling out over 2 grand for a professional selmer! In fact, in my opinion, I'd say this one has a better sound! I got this as a present from my now-deceased mother in 2000. I've played it in a number of concerts. Gigs, and musicals- so it's a real-world experience player that will work for anyone, no matter your background! Great for the student, pro, or teacher. Included are two necks(straight and semi-curved- see pictures! A mouthpiece, ligature, cap, and various reeds, as well as a neckstrap, in the original case. All are in very good condition! Listen to the video& judge for yourself the quality of this video- on someone who's not even primarily ... morea saxophone player! This instrument WILL need to see a repairman(but. Protip: ANY instrument you buy off eBay will, regardless if the description says"recently overhauled" or not) There are a few minor issues that are easy fixes: the low C# tends to stick if you haven't played it in a while(though after warm-up it does not! Also, the top sidekey will need minor adjustment so as to not stay open- which may lead to incorrect seal when you first try it out. It's just a key up top that sometimes stays open- a very quick work of the spring by any repairman will fix this. The only other flaw with this soprano is bad design of the necks. The octave key has a tendency to pop off- this is true for ALL E.M. Winston saxes. This should not be a deal-breaker for anyone! Have your repairman apply a hard adhesive. And, with minor intonation adjustment of octave key, this guy will be in PERFECT adjustment. I did not have my own repairman do this. As I'd have to raise the price on the auction. Up for auction is my Winston IM6 9 foot 4wt. 2 piece with original rod sock, tube. My rod collection has simply gotten too large, I have more rods then I could ever possibly fish, so it is time to let go of some of them. This rod is in excellent plus condition, has been stored in my rod room, free of humidity, dust. This is a factory built, all original IM6 rod, with the serial numbers written on both sections of the rod. The spigot ferrules are in excellent condition, fit together with a 1/4 inch gap, just like they are supposed to. There are no scratches, dings, or any structural flaws whatsoever. No repairs have been made to this rod, none are needed. The tube has a few scratches from normal use, but is still in excellent condition. The dress is a beautiful conversation pc that I used in my vintage store as a display. It has one tag on the inside that says Saks Fifth Avenue and another tag that is Samuel Winston by Roxane. This dress is so heavy and weighs almost 5lbs. The hem on this dress needs to be tacked down(sewn)At least 7 of the huge Rhinestones? are missing and a few need to be re sewn down. The dress also has a couple areas that show ware but over all this dress is beautiful and looks beautiful as a display. The dress is of a very small size.
