Mountain Hardwear Ethereal Bivy Sack. This is the old style Mt. Hardwear Goretex bivy. I used it for a trip across the Juneau Icefield and it worked great. I bought it new and have only used it on that one trip so I'd like to move it along. It has a clear window to let in light and also a mesh panel that can open to let in fresh air but keep the bugs out. It has a main water proof zipper and two internal zippers that can be used to connect it to your sleeping bag so you only have to undo the one zipper. There are a couple of small dark spots on the bivy but nothing that affects its function. It comes with a stuff/storage sack and the two"tent poles" used to keep the bag up over your head. The bivy is roomy enough to keep your boots and a few items in the bag so they stay warm and dry. This is a great used fly fishing set-up. Included in the sale is a pair of SIMMS G3 guide waders in size large/regular 11-12 bootie and a pair of SIMMS lace up wading boots in size 12. Both function just fine. There is a VERY VERY slow leak in the right bootie that will result in a damp( not soaking wet) sock after about 4 hrs of river time. SIMMS has a lifetime warranty on these waders but have not been sent in for repair. Buyer could send them in over the offseason for factory repair at low cost. Goretex laminate, waterproof/breathable over neoprene feet. My son is 5'5" slender with size men's 8.5 feet and has just outgrown these. They are perfect for a kid or a petite female angler. Absolutely no leaks or other defects. Comes with wading belt. I also probably have some wading boots that are in the correct size range and that I could offer a package deal with. The gaskets are in great condition and not brittle. The neck gasket is stamped with a date of December 2002 and is a large. The wrist gaskets are also in great condition. The drysuit has GoreTex socks installed as well as a relief zipper. There are cargo pockets on the thighs that close with velcro but there is a fleece lined side entry to warm your hands. You are bidding on a used Burton AK Turbine Jacket in Olive Green. Men's Size X-Large. This model Turbine jacket is from 2008, but I bought it new in late 2010. I wore it for much of the 10/11 winter season and a few days during the very dry 11/12 winter. This jacket is very warm, due to the Primaloft insulation and the GORETEX layer is guaranteed to keep you dry. Honestly, it is the best jacket I have ever owned, and I only wish that Burton continued to produce it. Unfortunately, they discontinued the Turbine after 2010. This jacket is in good condition. With no rips or frays. It would probably benefit from a wash with one of those water proofing detergents, to replenish the water resistance of the GORETEX fabric, but it will still keep you dry and toasty warm.
