Vintage Servus Troller hip waders - fishing enthusiast - man cave
Very nice pair of vintage Troller(made by Servus) hip waders. I believe that these are from the 1950's or 1960's. Servus was founded in 1921 and was known for the quality of their boots. The Troller is the uninsulated line of hip waders. These boots have no cracks or holes in them. And the rubber is soft and flexible. They don't look like they were used very much, judging from the lack of wear on the soles and good shape that they are in. There is a"6" stamped on the bottom, but they are larger than a men's size 6. I wear a men's 7 and they are loose on me, even with thick socks on. The sole measures 10 1/2 inches from the tip of the toe to the back of the heel on the outside. They are 34 inches tall. Please look carefully at the pictures. They are part of the description. This auction is for a pair of Red Ball hip waders. I am selling them in pre-owned, used condition although they look like they have been used hardly any, they measure 48" around the waist with a draw strings that will pull up a long ways and from the top of the waist band down to the bottom of the heel they measure 52" the only size I see on them is size 8 on the bottem of the boot. But the wades look to be large or exlarge in size.They are a little dusty from laying around and the red ball label is starting to peel off on one corner other wise they look to be in good condition with no holes, they have suspender buttons along the top of the waist.
