Very Nice Abu Garcia Cardinal 962 Ultra Light Spinning Fishing Reel W/Manual Vtg
It’s been used very little and has been well taken care of. The exterior is very clean. It has no signs of abuse such as scratches. Rubs, mars, etc. except for some boat rash on the handle. I see no screwdriver marks on any of the screws. All functions such as the reeling action. Drag adjustment, anti-reverse, bail, etc. work smooth, strong and sure. Other features include left/right hand retrieve, folding handle, extra large drag washers, high speed retrieve, it does not give the gear ratio) graphite construction, a ball bearing drive system, and a“quick-fire” bail trigger. This is an Abu Garcia Abumatic Model 376 spincast reel. This reel has been used and therefore has some rubs and scratches and one side of the reel has lost some of its color from the sun. This is a metal reel and when I put it on my postal scale it weighs just short of a pound. Very little plastic was used to make this vintage reel. There is line installed in the reel and I would estimate it to be about 12 pound.

It’s been used. The exterior is quite clean. It has no signs of abuse such as scratches. Rubs, mars, etc. except for some boat rash on the handle. I see no screwdriver marks on any of the screws. The anti-reverse switch has broken and fell off. I’m assuming that it would be a fairly easy repair for the right person. It can be used just like it is if one so chooses not to have the anti-reverse feature. As it is, it works in the reeling in mode, not the backward or reverse mode. All other functions such as the reeling action. Drag adjustment, bail, etc. work smooth, strong and sure.
