The reel measures approximately 2 ½ inches with a spool width of 1-3/8 inches. The reel is stamped 100 on the underside of the foot. The reel weighs 6.7 ounces. Perfect ivory colored celluloid crank knob. The reel is fairly smooth for a cheap reel. Light clicker and good lever drag. Slight hang-up when turning it backwards. Pflueger Palomine Wood Lure Glass Eyes Vintage Yellow Perch Paint Pattern
PALOMINE This wooden lure is from Pflueger. It measures 3 1/4" in length, is marked PALOMINE on the underside of the metal lip, and I believe, is the yellow perch paint pattern. The hardware is in good/user condition, the right eye has the slightest roughness to the"pupil" surface and the left one is okay. There is some slight"crazing" of the paint, the usual"pointers" a minute paint loss at the tail end of the lure and some loss on the left side of the metal lip(all photographed) Actually, not a bad lure considering its age! You will receive: 1-Pflueger Rocket#1365F. it has a line leveler and silencer. I noticed the line leveler is a bit loose and moves on an angle sometimes when you reel. It also sometimes gets stuck.I believe i get cleaning and oiling will help. Shakespere"Marhoff" Model GE Nickel Plated dated 1964. It also has a line leveler and silencer. This is another fabulous old lure that has obviously never been used. It is in the original box and has what I believe. From what research I have done, is the original paperwork that came with it. As you can see in the photos, the box is marked with number"8555 MEADOW FROG" size 3. The box is in very near mint condition but is missing the clear plastic cover. This was found in a tackle box full of new old lures and tackle. Apparently someone either put these lures away for the future or, long ago, never had a chance to use them. These were donated to our local St. Vincent dePaul and I am selling them for this organization, with all proceeds going to help the poor in our community. PFLUEGER LURE AND FISHING ITEMS
This is a Pflueger"grab bag" of miscellaneous items found in an old tackle box full of mint. Unused lures(see my other listings for these) These items are all old and unused, so are in at least near mint condition. Included is a very nice old 3/0 double spinner lure which, as you can see, has 2 blades and is well marked"PFLUEGER TANDEM SPINNER 3/0" This is in perfect condition with all feathers intact. You are also getting 3 carded leaders, a full tin of split shot sinkers, and a full tin of"HANDE-PAK FISH HOOKS" The latter tin's lid is on very tight, and I have not attempted to remove it because I did not want to chance damaging it, but it is full. These items were all in a tackle box that was donated to our local St. Vincent dePaul. I am selling all items for them, and all proceeds will go to help the poor ... morein our community.
