Guys. I bought these items for largemouth bass fishing in a local tank. Words could not describe the beautiful bass that I have caught with this setup. I used to love bass fishing as a pastime, however I moved to the city and went back to school, I want these items to be used so I am selling them. Included is a bass fishermans paradise setup. These in my opinion are the best setup that money can buy on the market. I am willing to part for a reasonable price. The reel is very good condition. Works perfect, and only used for a few trips, there is a small scratch on the face, but not really observable. The rod is in almost brand new condition as well. The tackle is my collection of favorites, worms, spinner, crawfish, lizards, all the yummies that the fish will go after. We only got to use them a total of 4 or 5 times before we sold the boat. The reels are 80 lb class while the custom made rods are 130 lb class. Included in this auction: 2 Shimano Tiagra 80w two speed reels that are almost new with boxes. 1 is spooled with 150lb spider wire braid. While the other is spooled with 100lb Diamond Mono hivis yellow. 2 Custom made 130 class big game all roller rods. The rods are in great shape. The foam grips have a few small picks in the foam. The rods are 5'6" long without the bent butt, and just over 7' 9" with the bent butt attached. Fin-Nor Big Game FBGSU50R2 #50 Trolling Rod Aftco Chaos Shimano
You are bidding on a slightly used Fin-Nor Big Game#50 5 1/2 ft trolling rod. This rod sells new for $675.00 on ALLTACKLE.COM. It has 6 roller guides including the tip and they are all by Aftco. The reel seat and bottom is a black aluminum also by Aftco. I used this rod only three times, but it was much to heavy of a rod for the size fish we target. It has always been washed with freshwater after our trips and I always spray my rods with lube. If you look close there is not a sign of corrosion or wear and tear except on the very bottom of the butt where it sits in the rod holder. The clear is in mint condition as well. IT HAS A FINISH FADING ISSUE THAT I WOULD SAY WAS TOLERABLE. I HAD GIVEN THE THOUGHT OF SPRAYING IT WITH LACQUER TO SEE IF THE FINISH WOULD BRIGHTEN UP. ITS BEST THAT I DID NOT. IF I WAS TO KEEP IT I WOULD HAVE REMOVED THE OLD LACQUER AND RESPRAYED IT. FUNCTIONALLY ITS A WORKING ROD. ONE THAT ISN'T READILY AVAILABLE ANY LONGER. IF YOU WANT ANY FURTHER INFO ON IT, JUST ASK.
