Vintage Mitchell 306A Manual pick-up spin reel This medium large spin reel was made in France in the 70s& wieghs 18oz. It will hold 250yds. of 15lb. test. It is in very good condition but shows wear but not much paint loss. It has a black colored metal body. Smooth drag, good anti-reverse, and good gears, a nice rolling roller. This reel has a 3.8/1 gear ratio and has the after market manual pick-up and is a strong& good quality reel, it is a grade 8/9. If you are not happy with an item. Returns are fine but the buyer pays shipping. The reels I sell are 98% used. And in between 20& 100 years old. Most are far from perfect, so I some times use the Orca grading system, the first no. is how it looks and the second how it works. A 5/5 would be for parts and a 10/10 would be new. Offering a Mitchell Spinning Real I bought several years ago on ebay from England. The reel is marked made in France. It is a wonderful blue color match 440A spinning reel in near new condition. There is a little light scuffing on the reel seat having been mounted on a rod I guess. I do not think it was ever used. I just bought it to sit in a cabinet to look at. Up for your consideration we have a vintage garcia Mitchell 408 high speed ultra light spinning reel. This comes with an extra spool with the case for the spool included. This reel was made in France. Everything works proper on this reel. The handle turns very easily and is very smooth. The anti-reverse works great with a nice clicking sound. The bail spring is strong and the bail snaps back quickly. There is some paint loss as you can see from the photo's but this in no way takes away from the performance of this reel. This offer is for an EXCELLENT. SHIMANO SYMETRE 2500RI SPINNING REEL. This is a tight. Smooth, medium-duty reel, as well as a nice looking one. It is one of the smoothest, well balanced spinning reels I've seen. This Symetre reel is roughly 5" long. The front of the spool is about 1 3/4" wide. There is very little wear. You will have to take a close look to find any. Everything works fine. It is spooled with what appears to be 6 to 8 lb. line. I don't know the brand. The line is in good shape. So use it as is, or spool it with your favorite line and it's ready to fish. It will also make a nice addition to a Shimano spinning reel collection. I will ship this reel to the USA. I listed this gem as used. Because I don't have the box or manual, but I don't see any signs that this little 750 Pro Spin has every been used. It looks new, operates perfectly, and it's silky smooth, I might add, and with ball bearings. This is not a reel I have seen before. But a quick search on the internet produced information about other, high-end Shima reels. Consequently, I don't know if this is China's upgraded designed intended to compete with the Japanese Shimano- I simply don't know, but it does appear to be a quality made reel, unlike some of the cheaper ones I've seen in Wal-Mart, or the local tackle store.
