This is a large vintage king size lure that is red/white and has some yellowish marks. It is 7" It looks like is has been used. The plastic fins are crinkled. It features a unique swivel mounting which allows the hook eye to rotate freely. Thus no danger of cocking the hook against the bait and twisting it out of the lure. This information was on the information paper included in the plastic box. I would say this lure is in fair condition and the paper and box does have a lot of wear. These rubber fish belonged to my husband who passed away. The rainbow color one measures 6 inches long and 1 inch wide the fish it self. They are in excellent shape. It has a metal piece in the head that connects to the hook that comes out of it's back which is about 1 inch high and top 3/4 inch long. The gold and black has black speckles and green near eyes. Eyes are inside both fish. The gold and black measures about 4 1/2 inches long and is 1 inch, it has metal inside, it has a hook on bottom about an 1 inch long and one on top 1/2 inch in length. This is a lot of 2 vintage R&S Lures Big Game Trolling Lures of North Miami Beach. Florida. They are both used and have leaders attached and big hooks that are rusted and probably will need to be changed. The first measures 15 inches in length. Long hard head, and it has Rod& Reel Club inside the head. Probably from the old Miami Beach Rod& Reel Club. The R&S Lures logo inside the head is very faded(see photo) The skirt looks like it caught fish because some strings are partially cut. The second measures 12 inches in length. Has a hard head with a concave face, and has Capt. Harry's inside the head. The R&S Logo is nice and clear inside the head. The skirt looks like it caught fish because some strings are partially cut. Black Bart Lures Bart 86 Vintage Hard To Find Big Game Rare
Up for Auction is a very rare 100% original Black Bart 86 Big Game Lure. This rare and hard to find lure was given to me by my uncle who owned it. This hard to find lure is from Barts Original lures. The lure measures 12" total and the head measures 3" There is a small nick on the head as can be seen in picture#7. The skirt appears to be made from grass skirt which is how they were made according to Barts lure making history and has thinned out from the many Marlin it encountered. It is red and black with Mylar inside. There is a beautiful design on the head as can also be seen. The lure is signed by Bart himself as he did on the top and bottom when he first made these wonderful lures. This is an amazing piece of Fishing History made by a Legend in the Fishing world.
