$5.50 Shipping Location: Springboro, United States Four vintage floating or popper type fishing lures. I don't know who made these. But one of my books identifies the hook attachments on the three ... morelures with the side holes as having been used by Pflueger about 1928. The book also indicates that Heddon used similar hook attachment types. Lot includes: 1) Yellow lure with 4 1/4 inch long body and three holes in each side. Holes angle forward and at least the rear two are connected. All three of the lures with side holes have a swivel attachment on the front. This lure is in pretty good condition, with only a couple lines of crazing and light soiling. 2) Another 4 1/4 inch lure similar to number one. This lure only has one belly hook. A screw on the bottom front apparently attaches to the device that holds the swivel. There is a tiny hole drilled in the bottom front that would allow the attachment of a second hook. I don't know if lure ever had a second belly hook or not. Lure has scales on back and applied glitter on sides. Lure has some paint crazing, a couple tiny chips on the front, and a spot of soiling on the back. 3) Smaller 3 1/16 inch long lure similar to first two, but with two holes each side. One rear hook, one belly hook. Letters"et" on bottom. Jet? Scales on sides. Good paint with some crazing lines. Some soiling left side. 4) Yellow popper with 2 1/4 inch long body. Some paint wear on front, some paint crazing, some soiling. Please inspect my photos for condition details. Check out my! I am listing a few more lots of old lures. $8 covers packaging. Vintage South Bend Babe Oreno 972 YP lure with original box. It looks like the closest this lure got to the water was sitting in its South Bend box in the fisherman’s tackle box. I cannot detect any sign that this lure was in the water. Nor can I find any sign that it came in contact with any solid object like a fish, boat or log. While I cannot attest to the fact. It may be a virgin Babe Oreno. This is an ideal lure for the fan or collector of fishing lore and memorabilia. Enjoy.

I'm Selling a Pflueger 4 1/4" Long"Palomine/Pal-O-Mine" Fishing Lure. The book says that the first two sizes made were the 3 1/2" 4 1/4" in the 1920's? This one measures 4 1/4" long. Note: The lures that I'm selling are out of my old fishing tackle box. I bought most of them when I was a kid(I'm 70 now) The only thing that I know about them is which ones I consistently caught fish on! Some I used and some I didn't.
