This auction is for 2 G. Loomis fishing rods which need repair. They are returns from Bass Pro Shops. Rod#1: G. Loomis Bronzeback Model: SMR753CJB 6'3" 1/4-5/8 oz. 8-14 lb. Mod. Fast Action. This rod is missing the 4th guide from the tip. The rod has been used and shows some wear on the cork. There is also a line of green marker on the cork. The blank is in excellent condition. But has a few small scratches from handling. Rod#2: G. Loomis Pelagic Series Model: PSR84-20C 7' 15-25 lb. Fast Action. This rod is in rough shape. The handle and reel seat are fine. All of the guides are intact. There is rust by most of the guide feet. The finish on the blank is in terrible condition. It is peeling and scratched all over. I have these 2 Baitcasting Rods ROD 1- Daiwa Model TD-S 701 MRS 7' long medium action lure 1/4 to 3/4 oz. line 8- 17 lb Glass Fiber Spinnerbait/ Crankin Rod.I used it for crankbait fishing ROD 2- Shakespeare Ugly Stik Lite Pro in Graphite model: LPCA 1166 1M 6'6" long Medium action( 8 to 15 lb line) 01K11CM I used this rod for Buzzbait fishing and it was perfect for that. The action was what you want for that Buzzbait strike. I rate the Rods between 1 to 10 as a 8 in condition, It looks like I replaced the tip on the Ugly Stik It still measures over 6'6" the Daiwa is untouched. I paid around $50 for the Ugly Stik and over $100 for the Daiwa, I bundled so its a better deal with the shipping.

Nice Assortment Of Good Quality Used Fishing Rods
This auction contains 6 fishing rods in various states. You should consider that all are used and show signs of ware. Please read the description very carefully and check the pics prior to bidding. Rod 1 is a Shakespeare Tiger Spinning two piece rod. The rod length is 8 feet long and it is rated as a medium action for 8-15 lb line. This rod is in good condition. Other than some normal ware. Rod 2 is a bass pro shop carbon lite baitcaster. Marked as a 7 foot 6 inch rod. Rated for 3/8- 1 1/2 oz lure, line weight of 10-20lb med fast action. This rod is short about a foot from its original length, and had its tip replaced. Rod has very minor to no dents or signs of use. It is believed that the tip was broken in the store and the rod was not fished with. Rod 3 is a Penn Slammer spin caster. It is marked as 6 foot 6 inches in length medium action ... morerated for 1-3 oz lures and 12-20 lb line. This rod is missing the 3rd guide from the bottom. Other than the missing guide this rod is in very good shape. Rod 4 is a bass pro shop carbon lite baitcaster. Marked as a 7 foot rod. Rated for 1/4- 5/8 oz lure, line weight of 8-17lb med fast action. This rod is short about a foot from its original length, and had its tip replaced. Rod has very minor to no dents or signs of use. offered for sale are 2 old antique fishing rods& reels Both are one piece steel rods with old reels The top rod and reel combination in the photos is( the one with the brown wooden handles) is unmarked as to a maker that I can find. The reel is an old Shakespeare Service casting reel. Both the rod and reel show light wear and some light corrision on the metal parts. The rod is 52 inches long. Really neat wooden handle-that may be walnut or some hard wood. The reel works fine but does need cleaning. The bottom rod and reel combination in the photos is marked True Temper Raider. This rod comes with an old Pflueger Skilkast casting reel in pretty nice condition. This rod is 56 inches long- the rod has a little rusting on the metal but overall it is in decent shape for a 70-100 year old fishing rod. The reel works fine. These 2 rod and reel ... morecombinations would make a nice display of vintage rods and reels and are not to often found anymore. Selling exactly how they were found. I'm not sure exactly what he meant other than the obvious(and I bought some fabulous gear. Too) These 2 poles were nice enough to be shipped around with the family(still have shipping labels attached) and you can tell they are good poles. But they are not fru-fru rods, either. They are in excellent gently used condition, no shortcomings, nothing damaged or missing, clearly old/older and vintage. Great to use, great to display. 3 good photos to review. 3 vintage fishing rods Wright McGill Salmon Saltwater
Description This bid is for 3 vintage fishing rods. Only one had any markings and that said Wright& McGill. approx 8' 4" 2 Have big heavy cork handles one is wood. one has a dark green metal insert( Wright McGill) the other 2 are silver color. 8'4" and 8'9 for the one with the white band. No other markings that I could find. have some corrosion on the metal. some usage wear and scrapes. Have been in storage so will need a bit of a cleaning. in good but used condition. I don't know anything about fishing or its equipment. so please ask any questions if I left something out! Will be listing more lures. Approx 45 rods, reels and tackle boxes. so check them out and I will be happy to combine shipping on similar items. Two Custom Made Med /HD conventional Cod / bottom fishing rods
You are bidding on an older pair of custom made one piece medium/ heavy duty conventional reel bottom fishing rods. These were custom made for me by a rod maker working out of a tackle shop in Rhode Island and used exclusively for cod fishing. One is 82 1/4in long and the other is 83in long. I bought one and liked it so much I bought a second one latter that summer. Thus the length difference otherwise identical. Perfect rods for jigging 16oz cod fish jigs down to 200 ft off Nantucket in the ship channel or off a party boat. Handled cod to 40lbs with no problem other then very sore arms! This is a good set of rods for cod, grouper or amberjack, etc. I am retired and living in Tennessee and these don't work very well for large mouth bass so I am looking for a good home for these rods. Shipping is $25 due to the extra charges for the length.
