The telephone number also indicates the age of this. It has been many. Many years since those have been around. The only condition issue is the right outside edge is showing wear. It is really minor. The dark line on the right side is just shading. It will be a great addition to any collection.

Up for auction is a nice primitive style iron stove door. This piece was made and marked by Jacob Kimball of Portland. Maine. Jacob Kimball was born in 1771 and died in March of 1842. This door is quite heavy. Weighing approx. 12 lbs. Reinstall this piece on your home's wood stove. On an outdoor patio stove or simply to display among your antiques and collectibles. 5th Infantry Ft. Williams Maine Officers & Pins
A great 8 1/2 by 6 1/2" photo of a group of U.S. Army officers taken on October 22. 1934 at Ft. Williams, Maine. This was the home of the 5th Infantry until they left for Panama Canal in 1938-39. On the back it reads, Company Commanders 1st(something) and District Staff(something) Ft. Wms(something) Oct. 22, 1934. Another interesting feature is that the 5th Infantry Officers have some kind of shield behind the officers cap device. There are officers from other units and there are some shoulder patches but they are hard to define. The 5th officers are wearing the 9th Division patch. Interesting to note the ages of these officers. Too. The Colonel of the 5th Infantry Regiment is seated almost center of the second row. They ll wear Sam Brownes. Some decorations visible.

Black Duck Decoy Hand Made in Massachussetts or Maine Very Old from NJ Estate
This is a very nice older working decoy with a good amount of it's original paint. The body of the bird is about 14' long with the overall length of the bird just about 18" The neck is inlet into the body which is fairly common from areas of New England. The bird had tack eyes which are now all but gone. The body is in good shape for its age with a few marks but no cracks I can see. The neck is cracked which is a very common thing in a decoy of this age. I believe the body is cedar and is not hollowed out. This was an actual working decoy.
