It takes 20 minutes to carefully break this bike down and pack it into its travel trailer and about ten minutes to set it up again- and the first time or two it will take longer. If you want a bike that folds fast and small for the subway. Get a Brompton- they are great. But if you want a bike that travels easily and rides as well as your best road bike for touring, you are in the right place. As you can easily see) I had Bike Friday completely repaint it and rebuild it three years ago, with all new tires, cables and housing, brake pads, etc. The bike was ridden for a week in Denmark since then- no more. I like the Pocket Llama over the similar New World Tourist by Bike Friday because it is built a little tougher- it is their mountain bike. My wife never rode it on anything more than dirt roads. But it was fine for that. Because the bottom bracket is a bit higher, it is a very solid bike on service roads(not off road single track, where small wheels would be pretty unpleasant) This sizing of these bikes is a lot more flexible than for most road bikes. Because there are no standover height issues. My wife is 5'8" and rides a 54cm road bike. I am confident that this bike would fit anyone who rides a road bike sized 50cm-58cm. In the 1930s. Reporter Ernie Pyle became a very popular reporter with his reports of the people, and the ways their lives were lived coping with the depression. When he was sent to Europe's war zones during the early 1940s, he remained very popular as most of his reporting talked of the soldiers who were doing the fighting as he traveled with them. It was a way of loved ones to be more aware of what was happening in the battle zones. In the early part of 1945 he was sent to the battle zones in the South Pacific and was killed by a bullet while he was riding with one of our men in a jeep. He was well loved by both civilians and military and was killed when he was 45 years of age, while he was with the troops in the south Pacific a few months before the end of WW II. This book will give you an understanding of things in our country during ... morethe"big depression" and, perhaps help you to understand why his reporting during the war meant so much by both the military and the civilians back in the states. The book measures 5" by 8" with over 400 pages of very interesting stories-a collection of some of the items which he wrote in the 1930s travels. Original Travel-Bar by Ever-Wear. Wood color. There is a place for two bottles of wine or alcohol. Not included. 2 aluminum cups and 2 aluminum shot glasses. All marked travel-wear. The mixing spoon with the long handle which would have been a part of the sete is not there and the deck of cards that came in the box is not there. The handle of the opener is a very beautiful cream and brown marbled celluloid. It is a nice hard case for your two bottles and it is in very decent condition. The main latch catch has: 149 New Bond St. London on the left side& 70 Champs Elysess on the right side. It measures aprox 27 3/4" L X 8 3/4" H X 17 1/4" W. There are some scratches& wear but all in all very good shape for it's age. After all it was used as luggage on cruise ships& hotels. We visited the Louis ... moreVuitton Shop at Lenox Mall in Atlanta. Ga. was informed that Louis Vuitton can replace the missing handle. It does have the tray. There is some staining inside& pieces of tape on the lid. 2. The middle size was purchased at Marshall Fields. Pre 1950's? It has EPW handpainted on each end. The serial# is 793347. This one also has 149 New Bond St. London on the left side& 70 Champs Elysess on the right side of the main latch catch. It measures 29 3/4 L X 8 1/2" H X 18 1/8" W. There are also pieces of tape on the inside lid. There is some age related wear& scratches. It used as luggage on cruises& hotels& has some staining inside. It does have the tray. 3. The largest& newest of the three. It also has EPW handpainted on each end. The serial# is 907716. The handle has some wear. But the trunk itself has very little. The inside has little or no wear at all. Looks new. I checked at the LV store in Atlanta& found the same size bag listed for over $7.800.00. Not sure of the age maybe the 70's or 80's.
