Rare old Hendrickson Bros. Diamonville Wyoming hutch hutchinson soda bottle
Very rare wyoming hutchinson soda bottle. The Hendrickson Brothers operated their soda bottling working in Diamondville around 1908. Of the two different hutch sodas from Diamondville. This is the rarer of the two, Silfvast And Kangas being the more common of the two. This bottle retains a bit of inside haze. Mostly in the shoulders, and has a base chip as per the photos. It displays very well with strong embossing and little if any case wear.

Wonderful early northeast Iowa miniature advertising jug. The 3 1/4" jug is marked in deep cobalt COMPLIMENTS OF/ IRWIN BAIN/ WYOMING. IOWA. Irwin Bain is listed as operating a dry goods and grocery store in Wyoming in the 1903-04 Iowa business directory. It is certain the jug was made by the Bauer Pottery of Paducah, Kentucky which moved to California in 1906, thus pinpointing the time this jug was made. The jug is in mint condition with no chips or cracks other than some typical crazing in the glaze and a some slight darkening of the white. From Kemmerer. Wyoming area fossil beds. The quality of fossils from this area varies widely. The rock is compressed volcanic ash and limestone and the rock of some of the quarries is much softer than others. The quarry we work out of has some of the best rock as it is stronger and is not as flaky or super brittle like many of the other quarries. These fossil fish are on a rock slab approximately 6.5 inches by 8 inches by 1/2 inch thick. Take a look at the impressive detail. This is truly a quality fossil.
