Buyer needs to read carefully all the rules described on page 34 in the Texas Parks and Wildlife outdoor annual fishing regulation. This package include a spool of 245 yards of 200 lb monofilament line with proper setting for 25 hooks and 18 floats. A rod holder and a self-made spoolholder is included for secure placing of the spool on shore. This design allow one to move the sail line easily along the shore line. Also include 25 lines/treble hooks. 17 yellow and one red floats, the sail with the floating platform. Conditions of the sail line package: The main line is in good shape. Penn No. 49 Super Mariner Fishing Reel With Metal Fishing Line Saltwater
Penn Super Mariner No. 49 Fishing Reel. I got this at an auction with another pole and reel but I don't need it. The fishing line on it is metal. It spins around and clicks. And you can spool the line manually, but when I try to reel it in it doesn't want to turn that way. I tried flipping the different switches one way or the other, and the knob on the back side, but none of them seem to make much difference. Very likely I don't know what I am doing, but also it might not be working like it is supposed to. You can spin the crank around sometimes, depending on the switch positions, but it doesn't do anything, it is free wheeling. Also I didn't really crank on it with much muscle because I didn't want to break it. Sorry, don't know anything about these, didn't take it apart for fear of making it worse, also ... morenot sure you just have to know what you are doing.
