Up for bid is one vintage PFLUEGER Nickel Plated Trout/Fly Reel with Clicker. Drag and 2:1 Geared Multiplier, and 80 yard line capacity. The reel has nickel plating over brass. The plating is in fair condition. There is a clicker controlled by a slide button on the back plate. And a second slide button controls drag. It is in good working condition. The handle appears to have a hard rubber knob. It is not marked to as to manufacturer. But the foot design is that used by PFLUEGER. It measures 2-3/16" diameter, 2-11/16" deep including the handle, and has a foot measuring 2-9/16" long by 9/16" wide. On the bottom of the foot the number"80" is inscribed. It weighs 5.6 ounces. St. Croix Fly Rod/Prestige III Reel
Very nice vintage St.Croix two piece fly rod w/ hard tube. The rod is 8' ultra light in great shape except the wrap around one eyelet came loose and I selfwrapped it to keep it in place. The wrap doesn't affect the performance of the rod at all. I still fished with it. I mainly used this set up for flyfishing walleye. The reel is a Cabelas Prestige III I bought about 10 years ago. I used it in Alaska for Salmon. The reel is a 7/8 weight. This combination worked great for throwing pike flies. Thanks

Ross CLA #4 Reel and Spare Spool
These are a black Ross CLA#4 reel and a CLA#4 spare spool. Both have 150 yards of backing on them. The reel and spool are in great shape- but I did find two very small scratches on the reel frame and one noticable ding on one spool. The reel underside of the pedistal has'XXX' scratched into it. Altogether they have been used on one trip to AK salmon fishing and one trip to BC steelhead fishing. They come with the Ross neoprene cases and boxes. There are no papers. I have read a lot of postings describing this reel as a go-to reel for steelhead and I believe it. The drag wasn't enough for chinook greater than 20 lbs. But it was fine with sockeye, chum and steelhead around 10 lbs.

Cosmetic scratches and bumps as shown that are the battle scars of many a trout fight on rivers and lakes. The tune this reel sings is still as crisp as the day it was first used and there is absolutely no reason why this reel will not go on for a lifetime catching fish. One of the bricks of the House of Hardy range it has been a bread and butter reel for larger lakes and fish. Vintage " X-pert " Fly Casting Reel. With round line guide.
vintage fly casting reel. It is an" X-pert" model. And has a round line guide, and is made of aluminum, with a brass foot. It measures 3" across by 1 1/8" don't know who made it and it has no other marks on it. Looks to be well used and in good working condition, nice strong clicker to. Over the next 2 month's i will be listing over 660 fly reels from a Abbey& Imbrie,heddon, hardy, brass english,and pflueger, with lots you have never heard of, so save me as a seller.

Vintage ADAMS 3" trout fly reel+case~MINT~believed prototype
You are bidding on a vintage. Rare, custom made fly reel made by W.A. Adams of West Haven Ct. back in the late 80's, with shearling monogramed suede leather case, in absolute pristine condition~ never got wet ~ never went fishing ~ never saw a rod! It is one of the finest machined bar stock aluminum fly reels, with perforated bakelite side plates, 3" diameter, the spool 1" deep and 1" wide. The frame of the reel has three pillars, just like a Zwarg, Vom Hofe. The machining is so fine that there are no machine marks. It has a permanent adjustable click drag that is either left hand wind or right hand wind. There is a zonolite crank handle with counter-balancing weight and an"S" shaped handle, just like a Bogdan, or Walker, or Zwarg or Vom hofe. The spool is mounted with a two screw release latch, just like the ... moreEnglish reels. The spool and back plate with the famous three rows of perforations as just like those made"across the pond" There is an adjustable drag knob on the back together with the engraved plate of: W.A.Adams, U.S.A. Maker" and his fitted monogramed case. This reel is quite a collectable reel, having acquired it directly from the maker who professed to make a limited run of 200+/ reels. The back of the reel shows 8 finely machined stainless screws, also in mint condition. This is truly a collector's dream ~ for a reel that was made by a master craftsman and fine machinest The maker. Who went by the name of"Bill"has been beseached by many who wanted his absolutely beautiful reel to add to their collection, only to be repeatedly rebuffed. ABEL Big Game 3n reel with Standard Arbor Spool and Super 6 Large Arbor Spool. The 3n reel has been used only a few times and is in excellent + condition. No dings, dents, or scratches and functions perfectly. The reel is spooled with gel spun backing and includes the original Abel pouch. The Super 6 spool has some nicks on the outer edge of the spool, but functions perfectly. Included are the original box and Abel pouch. This is a great combo of large and standard arbor spools that allows one to fish with lines from 6 to 9wt. Vintage Orvis Battenkill 5/6 Fly Fishing Reel Made In England
This is a vintage Orvis Battenkill 5/6 Fly Reel. It is used and in perfect working condition. It is Made in England and is very clean inside and outside. It has a drag and clicker.
