Good usable vintage Ocean City No. 991 saltwater Level Wind Reel Made in USA!
I found this Great reel and the in an Antique shop today in Beautiful Snohomish WA. It's in good working order and ready to be fished. I did a little research and these were first introduced in the 1940's. I think this one was probably made in the 80's or sooner. This is a medium duty reel the plastic exterior pieces measure 2-3/4 across and the spool is 2 inches wide. Here in the NW it would be an excellent Salmon/Steelhead Reel.Except for a little corrosion on the spool it's in excellent condition. I made a package deal along with another reel and a nice split bamboo pole. I will be putting on in separate listings next, you may want to check my other listings.
