Pair of SHIMANO TLD 15 Lever Drag Conventional Reels I am selling these two TLD 15s as a pair. Both are in great working order as they were last serviced in March 2012. And I didn't get much use out of them in the 2012 season. Drags are still smooth, and aesthetically they still look good, but show normal wear such as minor scratches. These are spooled with 65# red Power Pro for backing up to about 1/3 of the spool(about 200 yards) then packed full with 30# smoke blue Jinkai line I added to is towards the end of last 2012 season, so it is still in good shape. I mostly used these reels for striper, black drum, and some inshore trolling for small tunas and mahi. I will only ship to the US and I am setting the shipping to be FREE for this pair of reels. Shimano TLD sp 15 Surf Reel
This is a Shimano TLD-sp15 surf reel. It has a lever drag at the back along with the setting drag. Used sparingly and appears excellent. The bail flips and returns crisply and it reels very smoothly. The only thing that sets it apart from new condition is some slightly wrinkled tape that shows line capacity. Also the line"hitch" that holds the line when the reel does not have any tackle on it is missing. A rubber band or piece of tape does just as good until you rig the tackle again or you can buy a spool on eBay. See the picture.

Shimano TLD 15, EX w/ Drag Upgrade and New Line
This auction is for a Shimano TLD 15 in excellent and refurbished conditoin. It has been professionally cleaned. Lubed with Cal’s Grease and Corrosion-X, and has a new upgraded Carbontex carbon fiber drag washer. It performs like a champ: The free spool is outstanding, the drag is smooth, the clicker is loud, and the gears and bearings are quiet. It looks good to with only minor surface scratches; however, when I got it, it was missing the TLD 15 emblem on the left side so I replaced it with what I had- a TLD 20 emblem. Please note: This is a TLD 15; it is not a TLD 20! It was made in Japan, not Malaysia like current models. If you need an outstanding 20# or 30# reel for live bait or light trolling you’d be hard pressed to find a better reel. If you need line and fish mono, I’ll fill your reel with new 25# or 30# mono for no charge- but you ... moredo need to tell me to add line if you want it. High bidder has 14 day inspection period with full refund less shipping if not satisfied. When packed carefully, this reel will weigh two pounds and will be shipped via priority mail.
