Vintage Old Metal JC Higgins & Union? Fishing Tackle Boxes Storage Containers
Two. Vintage, used, metal, JC Higgins& unbranded, fishing, tackle boxes, storage containers. These items show overall wear including scratches. Discoloration, missing paint, staining, surface rust found, heavy rust to the brown JC Higgins box, and there are slight bends and dents to the metal of both bodies; both latches still work. We were told that the unbranded tackle box is a Union but we are not sure of this. The small black box measures approximately 6.75” x 13.5” x 4” And the brown box measures approximately 7.5” x 16” x 4.75” Please see pictures for more details. Vintage Union Metal Fishing Tackle Box U.S.A Folding Shelves Spillproof Latch
Neat Vintage Union Tackle Box with spill proof chrome latch and three shelves/ trays that fold out for access. This is a nice heavy box that will hold plenty and measures appx. 19x 7.5 x 7. All metal construction with a plastic handle and all joints open and close as they should. Does have some surface wear that is shown in the pictures.

Union Steel Chest, Tackle Box, Well Used, with some accessories inside. there are mostly Fly Fishing supplies, there is a small clear plastic case with eye hooks and lures, a small aluminum box(Perrine#16) with some already made flies, another clear plastic box with round cases inside with tiny hooks, 2 reels, 1 Great Lakes, 1 Wonderflyte push button, both in working condition, a Thompson Whip Finisher, still in the envelope unused with instructions, a sharpening stone, and some other tools for fly fish see pics. plastic license holders, one has a hunting license from 1963. a book on fly fishing, how to make them, 1966-67. the tackle box is pretty beat up, but in working condition, when opened all the trays come out like they should, all the locking clips work. no key for the lock.
