This large 7 tray aluminum Tackle box dates from the late fifties to the early sixties. It measures 19" long by 10" wide by 10" deep. The seven fold out trays had 53 separate compartments that are lined with Plastic- plenty of room for all your tackle plus a first aid kit and hook removers. This box is in excellent condition. It has a little bit of dirt. Some stains, and a little oxidation- all of which you would expect out of 50 years on the water.

Some bobs, sinkers, other misc items, as well as three vintage reels. Reels include a brass H.S.B.C& Co. Rev-O-Noc bait-casting reel. An Abu Garcia Mitchell 306 spin-caster with an extra spool, and an Alcedo 2CS spin-caster. All reels seem to be in good, working order; the Garcia and Alcedo reels are a bit grimy on the outside and will need to be cleaned. Box is in good condition overall. It measures 12-1/2" long x 6-1/2" wide x 6" tall. Excluding the handle. The three fold-out trays have plastic inserts. A few of the insert have cracks but still serve the purpose of keeping contents separated. The box has a few small dents and dings. Nothing major. The box has been cleaned, but could use additional cleaning inside and out, if desired. The handle and copper-colored hinges are in good condition. The latch is a little loose and can come open. This might be remedied by tightening or replacing the rivets that hold the latch to the side of the box. The box is in working condition and the latch and hinges all work well. The box contains poppers. Flies, bass plugs, 1 stringer, one card of fishing line, hook, and sinkers. It also contains a 1968 paper brochure from VA in 1968 and an advertising brochure from UMCO in the same era. Vintage Umco Aluminum Tackle Box- Large- 3 Tray- 9" x 18"
Large 9" x 18" and 7 1/2" high. Umco tackle box. It does have scratches and discoloring, with minimal denting. Some of the plastic trays have lure residue and discoloring and a few on top rung have small holes with cracks. The latch holds, but will need adjusting, to latch snugly.
