ITEM DESCRIPTION: Nice Vintage UMCO 205U Tackle Box PLUS UMCO P-9 Pocket Fishing Tackle Box This auction includes two(2) vintage tackle boxes from UMCO Coporation. Watertown, Minnesota. First is the model 205U. Which is well constructed with heavy guage plastic, and all of the metal parts are aluminum. Never have to worry about a rust problem. As you can see in the pictures, inside are 3 tiered trays with individual spaces for fitting all sorts of lures and other tackle. All of the trays are in very good shape- no worm burns, cracks or holes. The dimensions are approximately 12-1/2" wide x 6" height x 5-1/2" deep. The lower tray has a slight bend on left side, but does not have any effect on opening or closing operation of tray mechanism(See Picture) Latch and handle are still in tact and work well too! In very good condition! ... moreSecond is the smallest UMCO tackle box. Model P-9, which is made of aluminum with textured surface. This is a two-sided box, and is missing the plastic tray/divider, and has seen considerable use. Inside is in excellent condition. No worm burns on any of the trays. There does appear to have been a sticker or something on the outside top and there is some residue from it. Vintage UMCO 1000 R Tackle Box Full Rapala Arbogast Rebel Over 75 Fishing Lures
You are bidding on a vintage UMCO 1000R Tackle box from my collection full of fishing lures. Line, worms, hooks and more. This is a 7 tier tackle box, probably from the 1960's 1970's, each tier has compartments that hold varying size lures. This box contains Rapala, Arbogast, Rebel, Chug Bugs, Hula Hoppers, and in the bottom there is several flatfish, snelled hooks in the package, bobbers, new fishing line, and varying sizes of sinkers. Some of the lures have not been fished overall they show minor wear, many pieces in the bottom are new unopened packages. The box has wear from age with a couple speed bumps(small dents) and one latch has been replaced on one end of the tackle box. Overall a wonderful addition to a collection or ready to fish with. You are bidding on a Vintage"Umco" Model B 10 double sided tackle box. This tackle box is used and does show some signs of fishing age. Use and wear. The tackle box measures roughly 9 1/4 inches long by 4 1/4 inches wide by 1 3/4 inches tall. There are 14 trays total in the tackle box. There are no worm burns in the box at all! In fact the inside is in excellent condition with almost no use at all! Both of the clasps work well on this tackle box. ~~UMCO LOT OF THREE TACKLE BOXES W/ FISHING TACKLE ~~ Up for Auction I have a lot of three UMCO Tackle boxes. First There is one Model# P-9. Which is two sided and has one plastic storage insert and is 6 1/2" long, 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/4" tall with rounded corners. Second there is one Model# 10 which is also two sided with a plastic insert on each side and is about 9" long, 4" wide and 2" tall. Third there is one Model#20 which is 14 3/4" long, 5" tall and 5" wide and has an area to hold the#10 and has room to hold the# P-9. They seem to be in good condition, there are some scratches and few small dents on sides due to use, but overall good condition. There is tackle in each one, some lures, weights, line, hooks, etc. This set is from a recent estate sale, to be honest I dont know much about fishing ... moretackle, so what you see is what you get. This is a really nice vintage umco tackle box model 900 US. It is a beautiful emerald green color and is still shiny. It is in excellent condition for its age. The interior is in good condition as well. See photos for more details! I am including some of the vintage lures I found in the box as well. There is a Cordell hot spot(still in original package) Another Cordell spot lure, a rabble rouser lure(still in original package) and two Richardson buckeye shad lures. This is a vintage P-9 fishing tackle box from UMCO Corporation that belonged to my grandfather who used it most likely in the 60's an 70's. It's made of aluminum and opens from the top and bottom as shown in the 2nd photo. Both latches work fine. You might want to use a cleaner that works on aluminum. But it's in good shape for its age.
