Vintage Belding Corticelli pure silk thread 16 spools some twisted thread spools
16 spools of silk thread in different colors. Including four smaller spools of twisted silk thread for button holes. All but one of these were manufactured by Belding Corticelli and all are pure silk. All are in excellent condition and full or nearly so. The colors are vibrant and the thread is strong. These have been well cared for by their previous owner, a Minneapolis-area seamstress. The standard spools are all about 1-1/2 inches in height and 1 inch in diameter. The twisted thread spools are an inch in diameter and about 5/8ths of an inch tall. Any questions, please ask.

This was a older gentleman's fly tying set up. This lot weighs 12 lbs. What you see in the pictures is what you get. He has all the material packed in a tackle box and the tools in a separate case. The tools and vice have had very little to no use. There are hundreds of hooks some packs are opened and some have not. There are assorted beads. Wire, floss, marabou, thread, numerous hackles and necks, and numerous died buck tails. Some of the materials have some used. There is to much to list. I'm selling for my dad, he used to be quite the fly tier in his day, but is getting a little too old. He's just trying to get rid of all his materials, and hopefully someone can put these to use.
