Up for sale or auction is one of my custom built Oak Fly Tying Tables.This table was autographed by Lefty Kregh on 05/2002 at Bass Pro in Springfield Mo.I was sitting at a table doing fly tying demonstrations for trout week.When somebody told me they just wanted to sit down that they were tired.Haveing my head down paying attention to what I was doing and not noticeing who had sat down.When I had finnished tying the olive drab Whooly Bugger I sat back and looked up there sat the master of this pattern.He looked at me and said let me show you how I ty that pattern I gladly turned my table around and slid it over to him.After he was done I asked him to autograph my table wich he did so.This table has hung on the wall since then.Memories seem best now since my hands dont let me do alot of things now and I thought someone else good do this justice.

r We have obtained a large amount of fly fishing equipment from a couple local estates. Please watch for more of these items coming up and our fly rod that is up. There is one Herters table mount fly tieing unit#4. Excellent condition. Holder for thread along with 4 spools of thread. All four wooden spools of thread read Herters. Wood block, probably what hooks were stuck into, 4 1/2 by 1 1/2in. Some of these flies we know are hand tied, we are assuming most of them were made by the previous owner. The jigs we are assuming he made himself as well, some are very unique, some have real hair, many different colors, types, weights in the lot. You will also see a hard plastic round fly holder and a small green plastic fly holder. The Perrine aluminum fly box measures 6 x 4 x 3/4in. overall, back hing is starting to push out the one side a little. ... moreIn the green container there is approx. 25 flies, in the large clear container I am estimating 25- 30 flys, in the clear plastic container some flies, mostly jigs, think there was 30. In the silver Perrine there is approx. 50, and in a green metal container that you will not see in the picture because we forgot to photo it, there is approx. 100 jigs and flies. There are also 2 squirrel tails, appear to be squirrel tails that have been dyed. We do not know exactly how old a lot of this stuff is but we heard at the auction that he was in his 80's and hasn't fished in several years.
