She was born in 1929 and collected dolls during her childhood. Some of the dolls were given to her by her grandfather. She had such a lovely collection, that she showed the dolls in stores in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. The funds received from the sale of these dolls will go toward her care. In addition, it will give the family satisfaction knowing that the dolls are not wasting away with no one getting to appreciate them. The dolls have been in storage for quite some time and. It has a beautiful sustaining sound and people are always curious when they see and hear it- great crowd-pleaser! The main beauty of this guitar is that you can stand playing it and get classic slide-guitar sounds. David Lindley used this model on Jackson Browne's"Running on Empty" and you can hear why. Furthermore. They are rare and less than 20 of these were made. Moseley Mel-O-Bars were made for Walt Smith in the Mosrite Factory. Walt collaborated with many outstanding innovators in the guitar world from the Dopyera Bros. Dobro) to Ned Steinberger and Semi Moseley. With encouragement from Leo Fender. This model is a rare vintage piece of music history owned by the rock'n ... moreroll elite. And also prized in Nashville. It is equally comfortable in traditional country blues tunings, Hawaiian tunings, and even new age open tunings. It has unusually long sustain and the pickup is very clear. But is a great start to a vintage guitar. What what I have been able to find it is from the 1960's and a model 1413 in Sea Foam Green. The color looks like it may have faded or been redone at some point, as you can see a slightly different color at the base of the neck where it meets the body. The body is solid wood and does have wear around all the edges of the body(please see pictures for condition) One of the clear original knobs has been replaced. Up for your consideration is this vintage early 80's ESP 400 Series sea foam green P-Bass style body! It comes fully loaded and it is in great shape for a bass this old. I had it flipped over for right handed playing. So there is an extra hole in the lower horn(where the strap button is currently) Also, there are pressure marks where the neck plate was along with some staining there(that you won't see when you install a neck plate) and just some light playing ware. The biggest issue would be that at one time this bass was converted into an eight string bass, so there was a wider neck on it, therefore the neck pocket is slightly wider than normal.please see the pictures for the measurements. The buyer needs to be aware of this because when I had a regular p-bass neck on it there was a slight gap.
