A Porter Cable 1002/ 22.000 RPM Router is attached to a Thompson Linear Ball Bearing. Vertical slide actuated by a Speedaire Air Cylinder to yield a smooth, regulated plunge. The workpiece is held to a 15” dia. rotating turntable with an adjustable, fast acting, clamping jig. The turntable is variable speed and driven by a Dayton Gearmotor and Speed Control. The whole cycle is automatic once the operator presses the“2” cycle start buttons- all motion stops and router returns“up” upon release of buttons. I am the original owner of this Zone VI 16x20 Dry Mount Jig and it has served me very well. There are no visible scratches or scuff on the board or T-Square. The board is level but one of the feet is a little off. This is how I received it in 1995. To correct the small wobble I just place a small folded piece of paper under the foot. Hand made Black Americana folk art toy; jointed. Dancing minstrel man; carved wood with bead back to make him dance. 10" H. Dancing Jack" as I've heard them called(but won't mention the other. Awful and certainly polictically incorrect name I've also heard! seems to be a very old, one of a kind, hand carved and painted piece, and could be as old as the 1920's. It came from a wonderful estate sale of a folk art collector who died several years ago, and who had been collecting a varied and unique collection of things since the 1970's. There is some minor damage to the work. 2 areas where the wood has chipped off and could easily be touched up with paint- in back of the red hat. In back of one blue shoe; there is also a side of the leg joint that holds the bottom of the right leg on that could also be touched up ... moreand the nail for the lower leg could just be bent slight to hold it on. But, if you are just going to display it(maybe in a box frame) I wouldn't worry about any of it since it could be displayed without anything showing.
