BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE 50-60s PENN FUR CO. ~ RED&SILVER FOX FUR ~ WOMEN'S COAT/JACKET
A rare find. This gorgeous fox fur coat belonged to my grandmother. There's no size tag inside the jacket but it's approximately a Women's size Medium. The sleeves are 3/4 length, and the bottom portion of the sleeve(underneath the arm) is made from the same material as the lining. Lining is a rose-ish/dark pink/perhaps mauve color(i'm not great with color distinctions) and in near perfect condition with the exception of some minimal wear in one small spot below one armhole(pictured) The fur is soft and smooth with a beautiful pattern, and has no scent whatsoever, that i can tell from smelling the garment. There is a very small hole in the skin/hide which normally wouldn't be seen because it's covered by fur; i only found it when i examined the coat closely(also pictured up close- again, it doesnt appear to affect ... morethe integrity of the garment, nor would it compromise the appearance, as it would be covered by the fur) There are two eye/hook closures as well I took pictures in different outdoor lighting to show the color depth and variation in the hairs. The Penn Fur Co. was located in Oakland, CA, and the business existed from 1927-1989. I haven't seen any other furs of this exact brand come up in my online searches, so they're either very rare or getting snatched up right away.

Up for sale is a saltwater combo Penn International 50 VSW 2-speed with a 5'6" Penn Tuna Stick Rod model# TS 5010ARA56 rated for 50-100lb line with a roller tip and all roller guides. The rod has been stored inside and rollers lubed. I currently have this combo set up with mono backing to 500 yards of 120# yellow power-pro and 300+ yards of Sufix 80# smoke blue monofilament which was just put on last fall and used once since. Rod and reel are both in great shape. I bought this setup new and have used it for a total of about 15 hours on the water. I am not able to get out as much as I used to with work getting in the way. This side plate is in MINT Condition. It was hardly used and you can see by the pictures it looks almost new. There are some very light scratches but in real time they are hardly noticeable.
