Reel is in very good condition with minor wear on the reel foot where it attached to the rod and a couple of very small nicks from use. The spare spool had line put on and if I recall it was never used. Washer pack remains unopened. Reel has not been used in about 6 or 7 years. I spin fish very rarely, fly fish almost exclusively, and I have a vintage Cardinal 4 that I am keeping to use when spinning so this reel definitely needs a good home and needs to be used. The reel is in good shape in all with some normal surface wear and scratches. Also please take note the bottom side guard is missing purely cosmet c. You can see this in the last photo. Some wear from normal use but very good bail. Body, foot stem, spool and rotor. It is the reel exactly as seen in the the super-sized and zoom-able photos above. This Shimano Solstace 4000FH is in very good working shape and ready to fish. It cranks well with a good revolving rotor. And solid anti-reverse. Rotor spins nice with a good undulating spool. Bail flips on crank and it has a solid variable and smooth drag and good line out alarm. The forward-reverse lever works with a ... moresmooth forward-reverse retrieve as well. Also has a Quickfire II trigger which loads the bail nicely. Right or left retrieve. Used with some finish wear and missing bottom side guard plate but still very good looking and working reel ready to fish.
