To attach the knob to the handle blank: The shaft is detached from the knob by removing the small allen screw from inside the knob. Then separate the knob from the shaft. Shimano Tiagra Triple 9 speed STI Levers
This is a set of well-used Tiagra STI levers. Flight Deck compatible. They are originally from a 2004 Trek 1200 in a 3x9 setup. I upgraded to full Ultegra a few years ago and these have just been sitting in my parts box. I was going to use them in a 1x9 cyclocross type build but I have decided to go 2x10 instead. Full discloure: These have been in a crash. Hence the cosmetic damage on the right lever. I laid the bike down going around a corner that still had sand from the winter on the street. There was no collision, the bike was still rideable, and the levers still function perfectly. These levers would be great for a winter commuter/beater or scavenge them for parts. Like I said. They still work normally. They just won't be winning any beauty contests.

Up For Sale a used Shimano Tiagra 50WLRS with a John Baker Topless Frame filled with Jerry Brown 130# Hollow Spectra. I'm throwing in the original frame. John Baker no longer manufactures these frames. Reel has some boat rash, I would rate it a 71/2 but a 10 for mechanical shape. Reel was serviced after my last Long Range trip, I prefer paypal.
