E.M. SEGOVIS MFG. JIGROD PULLEY TIPS Here are 6 unusual all Brass Trolling Tip Tops that were manufactured by E. M. Segovis Mfg. Co. In Syracuse, N.Y. The pulley tips came out of a large metal foot locker belonging to O.C. Tuttle. Five of the pulleys fit 1/8" tips and one fits a 1/4" tip. The envelope is stamped"Pat. App. For" I do not know the age of the pulleys but my guess is pre-WWII. Written on the box top it says the tips are for wood& steel rods which would tend to indicate pre-WWII as well. The address of the company is in a residential neighborhood, but I can find no information about E.M. Segovis. I searched for the patent, but could not find anything on it.
