You're bidding on what you see in the photos. Stamped"U.S.A. Excelsior Stamford. Conn. above the locking hook. I do not have the key. It has a lot of rust and dirt around and inside and out. And does not seem to close completely(the locking hook won't go in, I think because the lid is pushed to far back, but I didn't try to close it too hard as to risk locking it, so I'm not entirely sure) Outside has scratches and staining. A little cob webbing inside. The inside of the locking hardware is rusty, dirty and has lint in it. The shelf that connects to the box and the lid is missing. It has a 12-inch measure on top of the lid which is well worn; the numbers are somewhat faded, especially the number 12, which is almost if not completely gone. Very little rust to the box with some minor scratches and wear from use. Please take a close look at all the pictures. Middle latch operates well but does not have a key. Measures almost 14" wide by 6 1/2" tall and 6" deep. Has a top tray that folds out when you open the box.
