12 Fly Rod Handles and Reel Seats for Rod Building or Repair
These 12 fly rod handles were cut off of graphite rods. All have fully working reel seats that could be used for rod building and repairs. I added a ferrule to one I kept for myself to make an independent handle. There are probably other possibilities that I haven't thought of. Several seats are marked"White River. I believe that is a house brand used by Bass Pro Shops so. Perhaps, these are from rods returned there. Paypal only please and. Sorry, no international shipments.

Fishing Rod Reel Seat & Gimbals
Up for bid are fishing rod reel seats. The black one is new and 5 inches long, inside diameter is 3/4 inch and made of aluminum, the other is a Varmac NF2 chrome plated brass reel seat and is 5 inches long and inside diameter is 3/4 inch there is minor cork residue inside and no corrosion, there are two chrome plated brass rod but gimbals and half a big game rod ferrule all with almost no corrosion. All sold as is to high bidder, no international shipping.

This vintage reel seat is in very good condition. Showing wear to the nickel plating. It is stamped"PAT. MAY 15,1906" on the sliding collar. The knurled nut releases and secures the sliding collar. This classic reel seat measures 5" long and has a 13/16" inner diameter. A nicely machined and assembled piece.

They have a metal flake finish which has a red/bronze look depending on the light. The model is GTBFG16C. These are size 16 with the inner bore being a size 14.5. The assortment comes with everything pictured:two cork grips recessed to accept the included reel seats-two rosewood burl reel seat(seconds) I rate the reel seats as seconds because they have a couple of scratches that can be sanded out and restained. Vintage Fly Reel Seats for Rod Building and Repair Parts
Over 2 dozen used reel seats that were salvaged from vintage bamboo fly rods plus a few other rod building things. Most are in working order but no guarantees. Many have a piece of masking tape on them just to keep the parts together. A few may still have a section of bamboo blank inside but most do not. Vintage bamboo fly rod parts-21 sections with 5 reel seats and cork handles
For the vintage bamboo rod restorer. Maker, or repair specialist. a lot of 21 unmatched sections from old bamboo fly rods. This is a parting-out lot of genuine rod parts/pieces. The lot includes 5 base sections, with cork handles and reel seats, 10 mid-sections, and 6 top pieces with tip-top guides. There are 14 male ferrules and 8 female ferrules. Some sections are complete with nice wraps and guides, others have just one guide. Two cork handles have been recently sanded. All of the decals are missing from the rods, but some clearly had manufacturer decals during their active fishing life. None of the rod sections have been broken/snapped- these are the leftovers after the broken/snapped section was tossed. This is an old Shakespeare rod handle& reel seating. This thing is very. Very heavy, looks& feels like a Billy club or a little baseball bat. The diameter of the hole where the rod would fit is about 3/4. The diameter of the wood handle is over an inch. The total length of the handle is 19 inches. The knob at the bottom is rubber. This had to have been for a surf fishing rod or maybe an old catfish pole but it for sure went with a real long& heavy rod. It's definitely re-usable or can be a collector's item.
