LOT of three Quality 9 weight sink tip floating fly lines and one 3 wt line
I took these high quality fly lines off of my Charlton reels recently. The lines have not been fished however I cannot recall exactly what make they are. At the time the very best floating saltwater lines with a sink tip that money could buy were put on the spools. I hate to just throw them away so I am putting them here on Ebay hoping someone can benefit from them. They are in EXCELLENT condition and have a lot more life to offer. One of them for sure is a Jim Teeny sink tip floating line- it is orange and black and I believe the T-300. The red and black is a RIO line and I cannot recall the maker of the tan line. ALL THREE are for a 9 weight rod weight. I am also throwing in a clear 3 wt floating fly line as well.

I believe there is quite a strong following for these early light lines because of their precision casting. Tippet protection, and butt section with enough strength to land larger fish. I’m selling this rod because I have WAY too many rods and need to reduce my stock. This rod comes in an aluminum rod tube for a Teton Rod. With a cloth sleeve. I am not the original owner so I can’t tell you how old it is exactly, but I have had it for about 7 years. It was used to catch brookies and small rainbows in the Smokey Mtn National Park. The rod shows normal wear around the rod butt and reel seat. But nothing extreme as far as scratches or dings. No splits on ferrules ... moreand no tip damage. It is in great shape and ready for its next owner. It could use a cleaning but I’m going to leave that to the next owner. The rod is a 2 piece graphite fly rod- 8' 9 inches and rated for 3 weight fly lines. Both rod pieces are of equal length. The rod is marked SAGE- GRAPHITE III 389 LL#3 line 8'9" 2 3/8 oz The rod was a local estate sale find and I have never used the rod. The rods Cork handle NEEDS WORK or REPLACEMENT. See the pictures. The cork seems to have deteriorated a little bit. Also it is pretty soiled and appears to have shrunk a little bit here and there-I have no idea why or how-only that it has. I have decided to let another of my LL rods go. This one was a tough decision. If you fish smaller rivers and creek you cannot ask for a better rod to do it with. The LL rods need no introduction to fisherman and this model is my choice when fishing more intimate waters. Able to load with just the leader and a couple feet of fly line. This rod is ideal for the sharpshooting casts necessary on smaller rivers and creeks while still being fully capable of handling large fish, larger rivers and moving current. This rod has all ... morethe characteristics of the LL series: smooth, progressive action, precision accuracy and a fishing experience rivaled by very few fly rods ever made. White River CV 2 Fly Reel for 3/4 weight line, right or left handed retrieve
For sale: a White River CV 2 fly reel with line. I bought this reel used and never used it myself. It comes with the line. I think the line is a Cortland 444 WF 4. Floating line. This is a guess on my part. Again, I do not know for sure the weight, type or manufacturer of the line. The reel has seen a bit of use. But functions perfectly and the drag is smooth. Abel TR 1 Fly Fishing Reel - 2, 3 or 4 weight line
This is a beautiful reel that I just don't fish with any more. So this is your chance. It has a few cosmetic dings on it and I did my best to get them in the close-ups, but the reel works perfectly. I'm including the original box and pouch, and the remnants of the filled out warranty card. There are also a couple of pawl springs included in the box. Sage SPL Fly Rod 7' 3" for 3 weight line 3 piece in tube
This is a Sage SPL fly rod. It is 7'3" For 3 weight line. It weighs only 1 5/8 ounces. Part of the reason it is so light is the cork reel seat and slide band mount. I like slide bands as it gives you at least a little flexibility on reel placement, something you don't get with up or down locks. It comes with a Sage rod bag and tube. I'll probably kick myself for selling this, but I have too many rods and just don't get to fish that much. I probably haven't fished it in 5 years, so time for someone else. USED FLY FISHING LINE LOT #3 - MAINLY 4-6 WEIGHT FORWARD FLOATING
This auction is a lot of 7 used fly lines. Most of these lines will be from 4 to 6 weight forward floating lines. Highest probability are there Orvis, Scientific Angler, Rio. The spools they are on do not in any way represent the line itself. There are two additional lots for auction and I will combine shipping. Due to some confusion in the past I need to define what used is. These lines have been used by other anglers in the act of fly fishing. The lines will have wear and tear issues like any other used fly line. Most will have some usable life some might not. Some might have coating issues many will not. They will not sell for much thus the risk is yours and having easily sold over 100 of these over the years all but one person wasn't satisfied. Because of that one person I have to make sure you understand that used means they were ... moreused. Yes its all rather silly but that is the way it goes. In conclusion.
