A few paint scratches, and a small scratch near the chainstay from the chainring hitting it a couple times spray painted metallic gold. Using rustoleum spray paint, note: i will be touching up any scratches so it'll look nicer than in the first picture. Last pic shows how it looked when i first freshly painted it a while ago. I'll even throw in whatever extra paint is left in the can so when u happen to scratch the paint somewhere, juet get a 200 grit piece of sandpaper and lightly sand it till its smooth then lightly coat it. if you email me with a good offer on just the frame/headset or fork. Cort Curbow 6 String Bass Guitar Metalic Red w/case
This auction is for a Cort Curbow 6 string bass in Metalic Red. It includes a 906 Premium bag made by Profile. It has great sound! It is used and does have some minor nics here and there. I tried to get pictures of them(7& 8) it is mostly around the edges. The left hand lower corner has a chip as pictured in#6. The back side Mid and Bass adjustments are loose. I think that is because 2 screws are missing that secure it in place. pictured in#8-11) It looks like it has been cut out a little bit to make it larger? It may need repair. Dahon Glide 8, folding bike, 24" rims, 8sp, metalic brown
This is the best compromise in folding bikes. The 24" wheel gives a ride like a real bike. No accidental pop a wheelie, or when getting into a hard turn doesn't feal like the front wheel is going to slide, like in 20" wheel folding bikes. The Dahon is a very relaxing commut bike, with upright angles, a shock seat post and sprung seat. The handle bar was a curved handle that I convertet to sraight and added Ergon gc2 grips. I also changed the rack to hold panniers, it is a modified topeak that was made for mounatian bike. Nexus 8 is a great hub, no cleaning, no thinking about shift, just shift at the stop light. There are some nice dahons out there with Nexus 7 out there I would incurage you to read up on the differences. The 8 has a 1:1 ratio 5th gear, there is nothing moving in the hub in 5th and is the sweet zone for commuting ... moreon this bike.

The passementerie lace and fringe have been attached to a silk brocade. The attention to detail on this piece's construction is extraoridinary beautiful. I believe the piece is Victorian Era. When I received this piece it has a backing piece of fabric that I estimate was a later addition. 1930 ish. I have seen this fabric in many 1930 quilts. It was necessary to remove it. The fringe on this piece is approx 3" long. The metalic crocheted ... moreshell decoration divides the piece down the middle with a reverse image and around the edges. The silk brocade was piece together(see last photo) and the passementerie lace was added for adornment and most likely to cover the seams. You can see a pink band of fabric behind the lace using the enlargement photo feature in our listings. As I mentioned before the cloth backing that was attached was removed. I did that for two reasons. It was the wrong fabric for the piece. And it was dirty. I have hand washed this piece and it is clean but needs pressing. As I am not too familiar with this metal lace I have not attempted to press it as I don't know what iron setting to use or how an irons heat would effect the lace.
