This rod is perfect for saltwater bottom fish like cod. Haddock and pollock. EVA grips are extremely durable. The guides appear to be SiC boat guides. SiC are the best ceramic rings and work extremely well with braided lines. They do not chip. They dissipate heat well. They are extremely hard and are low friction. Very good condition custom Lamiglass Musky rod. This rod was built for Mouldy's Musky chop in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin with the finest components. Lamiglass blank, Fuji Grip, Fuji Silcone Carbide Guides that will hold up to braided line with out damage. The blank is grey with beutiful maroon hand made guide wraps. This rod is 6'6" and is rated for 1 to 3 oz lures. It is in very good condition with no damage what so ever, all original guides, no chips etc. Rod was only used a few times and has just been sitting in the rack. Lamiglas 3/4 wt. 78" 2 Pc. Custom Graphite Fly Rod - Zebra Seat & SIC Guides
For auction is a lightly used custom built Lamiglas 3/4 wt. two piece graphite fly rod. It is 6' 6" 78" in length. The guides are Pacific Bay SIC black single foot(2 foot stripper guide) The reel seat is zebra wood with black hardware. It also has a black hook keeper. Unfortunately the photos don't do it justice. The wraps are brown with dark brown and copper foil trim. The decorative butt wrap is a nine diamond pattern with tan added to the three guide wrap colors. This is a great little rod for fishing streams or choked small rivers and works well for packing. I only used it a handful of times but the trout landed with it were memorable as the light moderate action can make a whale out of a brookie. Enjoy!

VINTAGE SAGE 890-4RPL 4 PIECE FLY ROD KIT! 9 FOOT 8 WEIGHT WITH FAST ACTION! NEW OLD STOCK WITH NO WARRANTY! PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING! Up for auction is a vintage Sage 890-4RPL fly rod kit that is 9 feet in length and for 8 weight line with a fast action. The Sage blank comes with a Fuji SIC single foot fly rod guide set. Rubber winding check, and hookkeeper. The handle consists of a super grade reverse half wells with fighting butt. Both the handle and fighting butt have composite trim. The reel seat is a Fuji size 16 reel seat that can be mounted as either uplocking or downlocking. YOUR BID IS FOR THE COMPLETE FLY ROD KIT IN AS-IS CONDITION! When rods are turned into St. Croix for warranty, they scrap off the label to denote that the warranty has been used up. If you look at the pics you can see where the labels have ... morebeen removed. If you would like the rod finished, I would be happy to complete the build for the winning bidder.
