Upgraded and VERY nice Shimano Bantam Citica CI-201. This reel has a curado 201b spool and a bearing in the palming sideplate to bring the total bearing count to 4. Performance wise you'd never feel the difference from a curado 201B5. But you're not likely to find one of those this nice. 5:1 gears are still silky smooth and the drag works with no shudder or locking. Which is typical of these if they've set out in heat locked or have debris/oil in the washers. No worries with this one! This reel is sweet. It is a 5.1:1 ratio which is great for crankbaits but also works great for top water. Spinnerbaits, and a lot of other Bass fishing techniques. This reel casts a mile once you dial it in. It is only a year old and is in like new condition. It has original box and all paperwork. I keep all my reels indoors and take good care of them. I love Shimano reels so much I decided to sell and upgrade to a higher end reel.

The reel is smooth, the drags are smooth with no catches or tugs under pressure and all you have to do is adjust the freespool to your liking and catch some fish.
