Up for auction is a nice used Shimano Sedona Model 2000R spinning reel. It was made in Malaysia and is so marked on the foot. The reel is used. But in pretty good condition. There is little loss of finish. The graphics and tape/decals all look good. The reel is set up for a right hander now, but can easily be changed over for left hand use. The reels weighs 10 ounces. The spool holds 170 yards of 6 pound, 120 yards of 8 pound and 100 yards of 10 pound test line. The gear ratio is not shown on the reel but it looks to be about 5:1. Please take a look at the enlarged photos, as they accurately depict the cosmetic condition of this reel. Mechanically, the reel is in good working order. Comes with original box. The reel is in excellent used condition. Everything works as it should. In case you are not familiar with these old LP's. Please be aware that the handle will tap the bail wire every 5th rotation or so. This has happened with every LP-7 I've ever owned. Box is in average to good condition, and comes with original paperwork. 2: LP-7. This one does not come with a box. And is well used. However, everything on this reel still works perfectly. There is some pitting on the spool, as well as all the chromed parts. This reel makes for the perfect user, so you don't have to worry about beating up on the nice one.
