This is a nice vintage Fishing Tackle Box. It is made by Plano in Plano. Illinois. It is a metallic green color with a beige handle and closure. The extendable tray on the inside is also beige. The box is made of plastic. It measures approximately 12-1/2 inches across. 4-1/2 inches tall and 5 inches wide. This box is in good condition. It has the remain of tape across the front of the lid and what looks like a bit of adhesive from a price sticker on the side. It also has some wear and dirt on the inside and out from use. This is a nice vintage box.

VINTAGE MID-CENTURY HEDDON TACKLE BOX- A real nice survivor that still has a lot of life left. This is a high quality item that has survived in great shape. I swear you can smell the 6/12 mosquito spray on this thing! I believe it dates to the 1950's. Possibly earlier. Everything works except the right hand latch has lost its spring action. However the lid stays closed with the other 2 doing the job just fine. The key was probably left on the seat of some old wood fishing boat years ago. The triple hinged lid opens nicely to display 2 large shelves. It measures 16" x 16" open and 7" x 16" closed. The drawer hinges also work very nicely. It has plenty of army green patina from many fishing trips. Who knows where this thing has been. There is very little if any rust. The Heddon logo decal is just barely there but visable(see ... morephoto) Walking with this in hand you notice how very comfortable the handle is. It is all metal and weighs 7lbs 5oz. This is nice for display but if you are a fisherman its a stand-out conversation piece. Shipping weight 9 lbs.

2 Nice Spinnerbait Fishing Lure Tackle Boxes 1 Plano 3503 StowAway & 1 Flambeau
Both are used and are in Very Good condition. Both fixed compartments. They are very slightly soiled. The latches and hinges on both work just fine. They are intended for spinnerbaits but can also be used for those not so large plugs and other baits. Both were made in U.S. A. At the left in the main photo is a Plano StowAway#3503. It’s two fixed compartments hold a total of 20 spinnerbaits. If you double each notch with two baits. It can hold as many as 40. 30 would be my personal limit so they don’t get all too tangled. When closed, it measures 7 x 5 ¼ x 5 inches deep. At the right in the main photo is a Flambeau spinnerbait box. It has no model number on it. It’s cleaner and newer than the Plano.
