The rod pictured was built on the 196-7 blank and casts a mile as I have built specifically around a Baitrunner 8000. If interested in any custom rods please inquire. The Seeker Boron/Composite blank will withstand all the abuse you can dish out. I have several remaining of the 196-7 Blanks in stock rated at 10-25lb line excellent live bait rods or any situations where you need an extra soft sensitive tip with a butt section that can stop a volkswagon. These blanks are 1 piece 7' long with a butt of.81" and the tip is a size 7. These would make great eastcoast rods for Snook, snapper, kingfish, dolphin, small tuna, cobia, snook, jacks, blues, and the flats for small sharks.
