Clearwater series 5 wt. 7.0 mid flex, 9' 3 1/8 oz, 2 piece rod. This has been a great fly rod that I purchased several years ago from an Orvis store in Denver. I've used it probably a total of a dozen times and I would rate it still to be in very good to excellent condition. The cork handle is in excellent condition but darker from use. The guides. The 2 pc rod sections are truly in excellent condition and you won't find any scratches. This is a mid flex rod and it casts beautifully. The Orvis Clearwater Series rods represent a great value and this will make someone a great rod. Includes the Orvis rod case and a sock. Please let me know if you have any questions. Orvis Clearwater 9' Fly Rod 3 7/8 oz 6wt. This rod has a great feel to it and is in very nice condition and is a beautiful rod. Everything is as it should be on it. Nothing lose or ragged or trying to fall off. This is a great rod. The rod itself is almost translucent. We will ship this through UPS so it will be properly packed as to not damage it. Insurance will be included at no cost to the buyer. If you have any questions feel free to ask and if you need more pictures of any part I will be glad to send them. Orvis Fly Fishing Unused Orvis Clearwater Fly Rod- Rod Only. The Reel Has Been Listed Separately. I don't know a lot about fly fishing gear. So I'll simply share what I was told by the original owner. He said he bought this rod(and reel) from an Orvis representative. But after spooling the reel and dry casting a couple of times, he never actually fished with it. All of the specs are in the listing title- in addition, the rod has 3 1/4 oz, 5 wt Line printed on the blank. The reel seat area appears to be wood and the grip is cork. It is in mint condition and comes with the original rod sock and Orvis tube. It will ship in another protective tube. And it will be insured.
