This is a minimalist pack. Has one large main compartment. With a sleeve in the back of the compartment. The main compartment also has bungee compression pulls to compress the contents, restricting movement. The pack also has two small side compartments, two mesh tippet slots on the front, and a zinger sleeve. Also there is a fly patch on the top. The vest is used but has minimal wear. The front above the velcro closure has a little"velcro fuzz" but that is the only sign of wear. I tried to show this in the pictures. If you have any questions please let me know.

I bought this Orvis Guide Sling Pack a few months ago and used it twice. It's a nice pack. But bigger and roomier than I need for the kind of fishing I do, so I decided to go back to my old, grungy Orvis vest. I do like many things about the sling pack, especially the foam patch, forceps sheath, water bottle holder, and tippet holder(although mine came without the tippet bar for some reason) Here's a partial write-up from the Orvis catalog: Carry everything you'll need and keep it out of your way.the sling pack style allows you to wear it over one shoulder. Orvis. 7’0” 4 piece, unused bamboo“Pack Rod. This impregnated rod, built in 1976. Has the traditional Orvis down locking reel seat and walnut spacer. There is not a mark on either. And the cork is essentially untouched. The blued ferrules are pristine. All of which fit perfectly, and each rod section is spotless and full length. This two-tip rod. At 3 7/8 ounces was made to handle a WFF 6 line, or a 5 DTF line. It is a matter of personal taste. But I assure this rod is not spineless. It comes in the original Orvis cloth bag and the labeled aluminum tube which looks factory fresh. The tube is 23 1/8” long. O
