Let me tell you, if you drop a grey bag in the water(friend had his fall off the raft once) or leave it on shore(done this more times than I would like to admit with nets) a grey bag pretty much disappears and makes it harder to retrieve it.or notice it. Hence, I always bought the Orange and Green versions. Plus, we had a grey bag once and it got substantially hotter than the green or orange bad since it absorbed so much heat from the sun. Lighter colors are definitely better in my opinion. Condition: I have a few of these in different sizes and love them. Great for fly fishing from a boat or raft. Especially when steelhead fishing, which often entails bad weather. This particular bag has been used on one trip, maybe two, but I only remember using it once. It's in new condition. I doubt anyone would know the difference. No wear marks, scratches, rips or anything. I took lots of photos, with flash and without flash so you can see every detail. Zippers work great, totally waterproof. I like to put a little chapstick on my zippers to lubricate them. Waterproof zippers are tight in general, but this makes it easier to zip. This is a great used fly fishing set-up. Included in the sale is a pair of SIMMS G3 guide waders in size large/regular 11-12 bootie and a pair of SIMMS lace up wading boots in size 12. Both function just fine. There is a VERY VERY slow leak in the right bootie that will result in a damp( not soaking wet) sock after about 4 hrs of river time. SIMMS has a lifetime warranty on these waders but have not been sent in for repair. Buyer could send them in over the offseason for factory repair at low cost. Only reason I'm selling is I went up 1 size to Large/Long 12-13 bootie and size 13 boots for warmer winter fishing. I'll start them low and let them go from there! Up for sale is my Simms hydration backpack& chest pack combination which includes a 3 liter camelback hydration bladder. I have had the pack for 3 years but use it only on my annual two week fly fishing trip to Yellowstone so it has seen very little use. This is a great pack for the day tripper who drinks a lot of water as I do and doesn’t take everything he owns with him on his day trips. Although the pack has served me well; I need a bigger pack.
