VEXILAR FL-18 ULTRA PACK W/ 1.5 AMP CHARGER. ROD HOLDER, MAG COVER, TACKLE BOX& OWNERS MANUAL. Up for bid is a used but in good condition Vexilar FL-18 Ultra pack with 1.5 amp charger. Rod holder.Mag cover and tackle box. I’m the original owner, bought it in Minnesota but have since moved to Washington state which doesn’t get much ice, so I have no more use for it. The FL-18 has a split screen feature which allows you to zoom in on the bottom 6 feet(on the left side) while watching the entire water column(on the right) at the same time. GOOD. BAD& THE UGLY. Good: 1. This unit is in great working condition. Has fully charged battery& is ready to use as soon as it arrives. Bad: 1. Wire going to the flasher(as shown in picture) was split but has been repaired and covered with electrical tape. 2. Wire housing on the charger is cracked ... morenear the charger and the wires can be seen but are still in-tacked(as shown in the picture) and working great. Ugly: 1. Tackle box has a couple cracks in it but still functions fine. 2. The magnifying cover shows some scuffing from normal use. Could probably be cleared up with some rain-x or something similar. 3. Also the Vexilar sticker on the transducer float has come off. Other than that it’s in great condition. Mesa Boogie Mark III Blue Stripe Guitar Amplifier USA Tube Amp Head
This auction is for a mesa boogie blue stripe Mark III USA made tube guitar amp head. The head sounds great and works well. Two channels and the foot switches are included to select channel and eq. They run on regular instrument cables(not included) I just put in some new mesa boogie preamp tubes. The power tubes are mesa boogie 6L6s. They are fairly newer as well. Not many hours on them. I can tell you that one of the power tubes has the little plastic notch broken off, so just make sure that you put it in the right way(label facing out) I bubble wrap the power tubes for shipping. I will include a spare(older non mesa) pair of 6L6s for you. I'm not sure when the last tune up was done on the amp. Some mesa amps don't require tube biasing but I'm not sure if this model does. Generally older tube amps after shipping need a little ... morechecking out. i have priced this amp accordingly just in case since she is older. So, some of these amps that sell for $1000, consider this a deal to put some of that money towards maintenance over time, since this is a special, older tube amp. I would say with the age, it would be wise to replace the caps sometime in the next few years. Just FYI. The cabinet is plenty beat up. Lots of scuffs and tears. Item: Vintage 1964 Supro Super guitar AMPLIFIER Valco made in USA Condition: Vintage/Very good Description: A vintage 1964 Supro"Super"1606 model tube amplifier in very good condition. This one is in a rare blue tolex. These were made by Valco and have the same tube compliment as a tweed champ. 12ax7/6V6/5Y3. Point to point wiring, basically Supro's take on the champ. This has been gone through by our tech and has been given a clean bill of health. All original, sought after blue label Jensen speaker- 8" original two prong plug. Shows some rust on handle anchors, some light oxidization on the chrome panel. Covering is in clean condition with minimal marks. Knob is not original. Tubes are vintage RCA's. Similar to a tweed champ these have the beautiful tube saturation that only comes from a low wattage amp working hard- ... moreperfect for home use or for getting a big saturated tube sound for recording. These Valco made Supro's are a very design to tweed champs(imagine that) and therefore have that to die for low wattage tube saturation that is so sought after. Which was a no frills small practice amp, it does not have tremolo or reverb like some of the other models in its class. It is light and portable, but still gives a nice clean tube sound. It features two input jacks and a volume switch. The indicator light is not working on the top. There is some cosmetic wear all over the item but it is all minor and there are no major flaws. It looks like the bottom panel and covering material has been modified or cut as shown in the photos. Overall, it is a nice looking amp, with a vintage road worn look to it. The amp powers on and plays. It sounds a bit scratchy when adjusting the volume. But the item is working and sounds ... moregreat. Nice brownface Pro amp. 6G5A circuit(the one with 6 preamp tubes and the great sounding harmonic vibrato) I don't know the exact date of manufacture but the wheat grill and 6G5A circuit would make it a 62 or 63. It has a Fender branded Oxford 15M6-6(465-123) speaker(reconed by Weber VST) The output transformer is not original but sounds like it(Mercury Magnetics Tone Clone FBPRO-O) The choke is original(125C1A 606-133) The power transformer may be original(Fender used what was handy) but it doesn't match the schematic numbering(As best as I can read it: L022798 EIA 606-706) it has taps for the rectifier tube heaters that are taped off) This amp is one of Fenders early ones with a solid state rectifier. Could be converted to tube rectifier since the heater leads are there and the chassis punch for the rectifier tube is there with a ... morecover plate. The cabinet is original except for the bottom back pannel which is a replica. The original power cord has been replaced with a grounded one which is a good thing. The power tube retainers are not original but I will include a period correct set. The tubes are new Tung Sol 2 X 5881 + 6 X 12AX7. Comes with a non-original footswitch. Speaker jack cap is not original. Amp has been serviced with all new electrolytic caps. A few other parts have been replaced if they were out of tolerance. Kustom'The Defender' all tube guitar amplifier. I picked up this amp some time ago as a first all-tube amplifier and have since replaced it with a Fender Deluxe Reverb. While this exact model is no longer sold. I believe it's similar in features as the Defender v30. Read a bit more about that amp. There are some particularly detailed reviews of this amp available on youtube. Check them out and. This one has some minor wear including a cut on the speaker grill and some scratches in the tolex. I'd give it a 7/10 condition cosmetically. But look at the pics for details. The electronics work perfectly and this amp has an awesome sound that hits blues and rock tones well.

Silver Face Mesa Boogie 20/20 Power Amp
Used Mesa Boogie 20/20 Power Amp This power amp is in good used condition. It has been gigged and has the very mild rack rash. I tried to capture the rack rash in the pictures as best I can. The EL-84 power tubes have around 10 hours on them so they have plenty of life left. I recently retubed with a matched quad of JJ Electronics tubes. The 12AX7s are Electro-Harmonix and have plenty of life left in them. This amp is rated at 22 watts per side. Having said that. Mesa Boogie is known to vastly underrate their watts. This amp is loud. The last gigging band I played in the other guitarist had a Simul-class 2:90. I never had an issue keeping up with him for stage volume. I also liked the fact that although I did not have as much head room as larger amps, if I wanted a pushed power tube tone it was much easier to achieve with out need of a power ... moreattenuator. Most of my tone was, however, modern high gain and I found this amp to have more than enough headroom. I replaced the fan in the unit about 7 years ago to quiet it down. This amp has always run hot in the rack and it is my understanding that is the nature of these amps. I always ran a clip on fan on the back of my rack to extend the tube life and preserve tone on longer gigs. The only time the tubes ever got hot enough to affect tone is when I used it for recording and ran the amp for about 10 straight hours in an amp booth in a studio and the engineer asked me to turn the clip on fan off. Other than retubing and the fan change no other work has been performed on the unit since I have owned it. I have owned it for about 10 years and purchased it used. Deep mod has never been applied though I did toy with the idea when I was gigging regularly. This amp has never let me down and am reluctant to sell it but I want to buy some other gear. Tonic Vapour EL-34 upgrade. Previous auction came down because I mentioned the trademark name of the older amp upon which the Vapour is based. This amp is designed in the style of ye old Express amps. When you roll back the volume. It cleans up beautifully, it chimes and grooves, but when you let the volume go, it cuts through and chugs at you like an oncoming train wreck. Normally. It has 2 channels normal which is high gain and then the boost which puts it over the top. The speaker cabinet houses 2) 8 inch speaker’s one celestion and 1 fender each have totally different cones and tone but sound good together. Don’t let the 1.5 watts fool you this little 8ohm guy is loud. It sounds great plugged ... moreinto a 112. 212 or 412 cabinet dime it and let it rip it will shock you how it sounds in a 412. I actually built it for apartment playing when I was working on the road and it was too loud at times if I cranked it. But it sounds so good with the volume at at 8 to 10.
