Its is fully padded and it has a water proof molded bottom to keep thing dry inside when sitting on the floor of a wet drift boat. There is an adjustable shoulder carry strap and two zippered interior pockets for extra fly lines,leaders and tippet storage. The two exterior zippers can be locked together and comes with a lock and two keys. The individual Velcro dividers are not included.
