This auction offers a"tackle box find" empty HEDDON" Brush" cardboard box that contains a 7050 PBH Musky FLAP TAIL(gorgeous Pacific Blue Herring paint color. With gold painted eyes) The box also includes the Heddon paperwork(pocket catalogue) This box is complete with the original factory stocked fishing lure included. We will list the lure. Heddon"extended size 7 and 1/4 inch" two piece cardboard box and paperwork all together. I will be listing quite a few empty boxes as well as old vintage fishing lures still in their original box that were found in this vintage steel"Outing" tackle box acquired from an estate sale.the old. 1919 to 1927) antique Outing tackle box is also listed on another auction. CONDITION: much nicer than average" as found" condition as one might expect from cardboard ... moreboxes that have been bouncing around in an old steel fishing tackle box for 65 to 8 0 years. The wooden lure has a few light pointers and gentle scuffs. But overall is very, very nice when consideration is given to it's likely age of from 65 to 80 years. Has original Heddon apllied paint. This box is very solid. With no split corners. The box bottom has a slight"crumple inward" very likely from having a heavy fishing reel laying on top of it while in the tackle box. The graphics printing is fairly bright and the box is lightly soiled. But not terrible. The top is lightly"weathered" or lightly worn looking. But does not have signs of prior moisture damage. It is very easy to read the stamping on the end panel that says: 7050 PBH Flap Tail" and penciled-on marks on the same coded end panel( a penciled on price of $1.89) I would rate the box 8 and 1/2 on the 10 scale.
