For sale is a used. Custom-built St. Croix baitcaster. The blank is actually a spinning rod blank 5S66MF(SCV graphite used in the Legend Elite rods) I had created into a baitcaster. It has a shorter handle(about 7.5 inches from the butt to the trigger) I selected to use for light poppers and other topwaters. It's rated as Medium power, Fast action. 6-12 lb test, 3/16 to 5/8 oz lures. It's in very good shape. There's a few scratches and a small scrap on the label. It's about 7 years old or so and it has the"green" color blank. It's very lightweight and looks very sharp. For example, with a Curado. Fly Rod Combo: St Croix Legend Elite Freshwater 3wt. Orvis Battenkill Large Arbor l, Rio fly line This outfit was only used maybe 4 times. It was purchased brand new and never used in saltwater. The St Croix Legend Elite Rod(EFW 793.4. Serial number IJ08206) is a 3 wt and comes complete with a travel tube as pictured. If you do some research on the internet, you will find that this is a highly rated rod! The Orvis reel is a great match for the outfit. Large arbor reels are a must as far as I am concerned. The reel has fly line on it. I think it is Rio Gold 3wt(but I am not positive) There is 20lb backing behind the fly line.

This is a gently used St. Croix Legend Xtreme casting rod 6'6" medium-heavy fast action model XC66MF and a Kistler Magnesium TS 7' medium fast MGCRR70. Top of the line St. Croix and quite possibly the best rod I've ever fished with. I have a GLoomis GLX and I like the St. Croix rod better. I have three of the Xtremes and its time to part ways with one. The Kistler is a great rod for crankbaits and jerkbaits. I will ship both with a PVC pipe and with care. The 2nd and 3rd photos are each end of the box The box is 89 x 12 inches and packed full. Probably between 85– 105 poles total. There is no manufacturer warranty on these poles. And the label section, just above the handle, has been partially removed by St. Croix in order to mark them as such. This is just the label/epoxy that has been removed and purely cosmetic, the pole has not been damaged from this according ... moreto St. Croix. The level of damage varies from pole to pole and box to box. And I can’t go through the boxes as I get too many of them and there are just too many poles in them. I also don’t fish so I’m not an expert on them. It is better to assume they are for parts or for repair by experienced pole craftsman. 2 St.Croix Legend Tournament Walleye Series Reconditioned rods
2 st.croix legend tournament walleye series repaired rods. The big ones original length was 7' and the smaller rod was originally 6'3" On the big one the tip was busted off so i just put on a new tiptop where it was broken. The smaller one i just cut the rod down to were its tip fit in it and secured it with epoxy. Both of these rods function great just are a little stiffer than they were originally.
