RETURNS Satisfaction guaranteed on all rods. Return within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. All items must be received in their original condition and the same package and packaging materials must be used. Any rods damaged in shipping are not eligible for return. An insurance claim must be filed with the carrier while package is at the destination address. Please make sure to keep the package, do not discard. The carrier will need to inspect the package before approving any claim. Please contact me if any package is damaged.
