Here for your consideration is a St. Croix Avid light spinning rod. Model AVS66LF2. The rod is 6'6" long, 2-pieces, for 4-8 lb lines and lures 1/16- 1/4 oz. The rod is about 4 years old, but has only been used a few times and is in most excellent condition with only the most superficial signs of wear. These rods have changed very little in the past four years, so this one probably looks identical to the ones being sold new now. I bought this rod new and used it for two seasons(Buzzbait Rod) and Its been an awesome rod.Its in great cond, only noticeable scratch/chip is right at the letters IPC(This mark means nothing and is purely cosmetic,check the pics) This rod has a lifetime warranty through st.croix.Its never had any work done on it like tip or guide replacement. This is a fantastic little flyrod that they no longer make. Only reason I am selling is because I own three other three weights. I travel a great deal and this is a two-piece rod so this is the one I'm going to sacrifice. It is an awesome small to medium-size stream rod. Light and has finesse but still has power to land fish. 7 Weight St. Croix Imperial Switch Rod
Have had this rod for two years now. It's a 4 piece 7 weight switch rod. Bought it for steelhead and salmon fishing in Northern Michigan and it performed well. Mostly used it for indicator fishing but also occasionally to toss some streamers. It came in handy on some of the bigger streams here. Allowing me to get my bait just a little farther out there where the fish were holding without having to step into deeper water or risk scaring the fish. The rod has no visible damages and still is in great condition. I wasn't able to use it as much as I would have liked to but unfortunately its time for it to go. I'm selling it because school is getting pretty expensive and I could use some extra money. Comes with case.
