This lot contains 3 Abu Garcia baitcasting rods which were returns or floor models from Bass Pro Shops. They are all missing a guide or 2. Please look at the pictures and ask questions if necessary. I will do my best to describe the condition of the rods. Rod#1: Model: VRC70-6 7'0" Medium Heavy 1/4-1 oz. 12-20 lb. This rod is missing the 6th guide from the top. There is some flaking off of the finish in many spots on about the bottom 2/3 of the rod. The thing that twists down to lock the reel in place also spins too far and does not stop on the threads like it should. This does not affect its ability to hold a reel just fine. Rod#2: Model: VRC66-5 6'6" Medium 1/4-5/8 oz. 8-17 lb. This rod looks almost brand new. It is missing the 6th guide from the tip. There are a few scratches on the blank from handling. Rod#3: Model: ... moreVRC76-6 7'6" Medium Heavy 3/8-1 1/4 oz. 12-25 lb. This rod appears to be brand new. It is just missing 4th guide from the bottom. There is a minor scratch or 2 from handling. Please note that these rods are sold AS IS. I have done the best that I can to describe them. I checked all of the reel seats and they all work. Also. I ship these rods in 4" PVC pipe in order to minimize the risk of damage. I also pack them with bubble wrap to keep them from banging around in the pipe. Amazing set up and I hate to sell it! But just had a baby and I have to"thin out" my bass fishing tools. The reel is a Abu Revo SXLHS 7.1:1 high speed ratio with 11 bearings. You can see from the pictures both the rod and reel are in premo shape. Neither have ever been fished in salt water and they have been cleaned and oiled after ever trip out on the water. I bought the reel new in July and I bought the Veritas the same day. Its a micro guide. that's the only type of rod I'll fish) Veritas 7' Medium Action and it's one of my favorite rods that I've fished. This auction is for 4 Abu Garcia baitcasting rods. They are all returns to Bass Pro Shops. All of these rods are pretty lightly used. But 2 have some pretty big scratches on the blanks. 3 of the 4 rods are missing a guide or guide insert. It is a very easy fix for a rod builder, or your local bait store should be able to put a new guide on for $5 or so. These rods retail new for about $100 apiece. Following are descriptions of the rods from left to right against the wall: Rod#1: Model: VRC70-7 7'0" Heavy 3/8-1 1/2 oz. lure 12-25 lb. Line. The guide on the tip of this rod is bent and missing the insert. Rod is in excellent condition. Rod#2: Model: VRC711-7 7'11" Heavy 2/8-1 1/2 oz. lure 12-25 lb. line. This auction is for 4 Abu Garcia Veritas fishing rods. All of these rods are in very good to excellent condition(they all appear unused) But need minor repair. Following are descriptions of the rods from left to right: Rod#1: Model: VRC70-6 Medium Heavy 1/4-1 oz. lure 12-20 lb. Line. This rod has a chip out of the rear part of the reel seat. Still holds a reel. Could repair or fish as is? All guides are perfect. Rod#2: Model: VRC66-5 6f'6" Medium 1/4-5/8 oz. Lure 8-17 lb. Line. This rod is missing the bottom guide and the 4th guide from the bottom. Rod#3: Model: VRC66M-5 Medium 1/4-5/8 Lure 8-17 lb. Line. This rod is missing the 2nd and 3rd guides from the bottom.
