Here is a Thompson Vison model Rotary Fly Tying Vise. I bought some leftover stock from a fishing store and this was in it- I dont believe it was ever used(still had the store price tag on it) but it is a bit dusty from being on display and then in storage for quite a while(I think the very light surface rust on the jaws will clean right off with some steel wool) I believe this was their top of the line model when it came out maybe 15 years ago or so. They do not seem to come up for auction on ebay very often- the most recent one I could find was from 2011. Hope someone can give this one a good home. Please email with any questions. Up for bid is a DH Thompson model F Fly tying vise. It appears to be cast iron because it is heavy(it weighs 18 oz. and it is in good condition. It doesn't appear to have rust. On the clamp body there is a file mark through the paint about 1/4" long by 1/8" wide. The body is black and the handle is red so I don't know if it was made this way or not. The measurements are: Table clamps opens to 1 3/16" Approx. 6 1/8" high from tabletop. Approx. 10 1/2" total length I am not an expert on fishing items or anything so please ask any questions before bidding. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
