Lindy Fralin Strat Pickup for Tele
You are bidding on a Lindy Fralin middle strat pickup that was specially designed to be used on the" N ashville" tele style set up. This pickup is specifically voiced to be used with a T ele bridge pickup. It is reversed wound and sounds amazing. This pickup has been used in a T ele Nashville set up but was also used as a middle pickup in a Strat o caster as well and worked great. Pickup is in great working order and sounds great. This amp for sale is a VVT Lindy Fralin model. It has a tiger strip facia board and blonde tolex. It is in excellent condition and has not logged many hours. I bought this amp new and a year ago updated it to a 4 6L6 head running at 80 watts. Single channel amp with Volume. M,B,T. Also a bright switch. Great sounding amp and great with pedals. My gigs are in small pubs so this amp has to much headroom for what I need. The Fralin head is known for that great 6L6 Vintage Fender clean tone. I use all Fralin pickups on my guitars because Lindy is a tone nut and he had a lot to do with the tone and design of this amp. 4.8.16 ohm switch on the read for any cabinet. USA sales only. Lindy Fralin makes some of the finest pickups on the planet. These Unbuckers are considered by many to be his best sounding humbucking pickups. They have a very focused. Articulate sound. And, if you plan to split coils, they'll do it better than almost anything else. But whether you wire then as a standard humbucker or wire them for splitting, they sound great. 1980 Gibson Les Paul Standard in Tobacco burst. Mainly original parts. The pickups are Lindy Fralins. The pickguard is missing and I don't have it. I've been told the volume and tone knobs may not be original. Other than that. I believe it is stock. The guitar plays great and has fantastic. Classic Les Paul tone. The frets are in good condition, with some wear, but plenty playable. Structurally sound. Plenty of nicks and dings. The scratch along the neck(first two-three frets- see the pics) is not deep. Neck profile is sort of a medium I guess. It's nice rounded- no baseball bat here. Nor is it 60s thin. Weight is probably about 10 pounds. It's solid like a Les Paul should be. Comes with case shown in pics.

Lindy Fralin's were the pickup of choice for Scott Henderson for several years. Plop these in an HSS strat and it will take you back to the 1950's with a slightly beefier tone similar to SRV. Vintage Hot Single coils for the neck and middle positions. The middle pickup is RPRW for hum canceling. The neck and middle pickups are average 50’s specs. High Output Humbucker: More power. Longer sustain and Faster grind. Wound with 43 gauge wire from 12.5K to 13.5K with ALNICO IV magnets. This set taps very well, and also tolerates being turned down on the volume control. Lindy Fralin Hum Cancelling P90 pair set noiseless P-90 less than 1 month old
Lindy Fralin hum cancelling P90 set(neck and bridge) bought new in Feb 2013 used for less than a month in my home only. Original box. Sticker, and receipt of purchase included. There are orange tone pot capacitors( a freebie from the store I bought from) which I never opened or even really looked at. The original wire is now about 1 or 2 inches shorter but you still have about 1 foot of wire. They worked great no issues. Sales to 48 North American USA states only. No returns.

Lindy Fralin Stratocaster pickups - set
Up for auction is a set of 3 single coil pickups from Lindy Frailin. These were used for a short period of time in a Stratocaster that I sold. They sound great. The Neck and Middle pickups are Vintage Hot(VH) and are wound to 6K ohms each. The Bridge pickup is a Steel Pole 43(SP43) and it is wound to 10Kohms using 43 gauge wire. The plastic covers a white and can be replaced with other colors that fit standard Strat pickups. I am pricing these to sell. A new set runs $250 and is seldom discounted. Lindy Frailin pickups have fantastic reputation for tone and depth. Your Strat will sound much better if you treat yourself to the set of pickups. They are easy to wire in. Just do a straight wire for wire replacement of the current pickups. They mount perfectly in a Strat pickguard. I am also including the mounting screws and rubber bushings for ... moreyour convenience. I did not cut the wires when I installed them so you will get pretty much the length theat they came in, which will be plenty to mount in a Strat. Here's a real nice loaded Fender Strat pickguard. The pickguard. Pots, knobs and switch are all original from a 1998 USA Fender American Standard Strat. Internal electronics were upgraded to CTS pots and wired to include a blender pot with push/pull capability(7 different positions and sounds instead of the normal 5) on the first tone pot. Great for blues. Rock and even crossing into some heavier genres possible with the different configurations. This is a set of Lindy Fralin Blues Special pickups with bass plate on the bridge pickup. The leads weren't clipped when they were previously installed in my Fender Stratocaster(which I sold) If I had a stratocaster these are the pickups I would want, they have the best sound I've heard. I am also including a set of genuine Fender Antique White plastic hardware- pickup covers, knobs, switch tip, tremolo tip, and back panel- you can use this hardware or use your current pickup covers, as you can see they just slide on. Up for auction is a beautiful. Mint condition Tweed(upgrade) VVT Lindy Fralin amp. Lindy wanted an amp voiced primarily for clean full bodied articulate tone. The design evolved into a single channel cathode biased 6L6 powered amp with built in spring reverb and a bright switch. Lindy's speaker of choice was a Legend Eminence 15" for big clean tone at low volume and a smooth breakup at higher volume. He used the finest components: hand wound Mercury Magnetics transformers, low noise resistors, all wired together with vintage style cloth covered wire.This amp has only been used in my studio and I can attest to it's deep resonant tone.
