Shimano Baitrunner 6500 Catfishing rod and reels combo lot
These are a pair of Shimano Baitrunner 6500 series reels paired up with 15 foot 3 piece Quality Off Shore Angler Power Plus rods! The reels are already loaded with trilene xt line.the baitrunning system has a drag system so you can adjust how easily the Catfish can pull out the line! they are used but in absolutely like new condition! they have been fished with only three times.they have never seen salt water mud or sand. I have for sale a pair of two piece fishing poles that I am selling for a friend. I am not a fisherman but I believe these to be spin reels. The first pole is a 5 foot Shakespeare Ugly Stik SPL 1102 Lite with a Shakespeare LXIII reel. The second pole is a 5 foot Shakespeare Cirrus SP50-2UL with a Shakespeare Combo 300 reel. Both reels appear to be in good working order. I have tried to take pictures of any information that was on pole or reel so please look carefully at the pictures for more details. 80's Martin 3 rod travel fishing combo w/Mitchell reels,Martin fly reel,unused
Up for consideration is this vintage Martin 3 rod travel fishing combo with three Mitchell reels and a Martin Fly reel. The travel combo appears to have never been used. Or may have been used once or twice. The Mitchell reels included are a model 8630 bait cast and a 2165G large spinning reel and a 2120G light spinning reel. The bait cast reel is the only reel out of the four that has line on it, so I'm assuming that this had been used. The Martin Fly reel is a Model 67SS-A and appears to have never been used. All the reels are in great condition with no user wear and all come with manuals and warranty papers. No scratches, chips, cracks, rust or corrosion. The bait cast reel does have a small paint chip on the housing. You can see this in the picture. This is the only flaw that I see on any of the reels. The take down Martin rods all ... moreappear to be unused also. There are five rod combinations. They are a 5 1/2' casting rod, a 6 1/2' spinning or fly rod, and a 6' 8" spinning or fly rod. The last two have handles that reverse for fly fishing or spin fishing. No scratches, chips, cracks, rust or corrosion, the rods and guides are still very shiny. The only flaw I see is the tip guide of longest rod is reversed, it looks like it was glued on wrong at the factory. You can see this in the picture. Also included are two small 4 compartment Martin clear tackle boxes with some tackle. These both measure 5 1/2" long x 4 1/4" deep and are 1 1/4" high. All this comes with a brown heavy duty vinyl carry bag. The bag measures 17" long x 8" high x 6" deep. This is in great condition with no holes or tears. This is a very nice Martin travel fishing set that would be a super addition to any fishing or sporting collection, or use it to fish with. Ok selling this for a Friend so please blow up all pictures and ask any questions. The tube holds air and up to a 230lb person. Tube has no leaks. The water trunks are Size 9 and I'm not sure if they leak or not they didnt 15 years ago but can't be certain now. The trunks so discoloration and the strap for the shoulders are frayed a bit.The two reels are Martins the loner pole 115 inches long is a Browning and the shorter pole is a Kunnan Spiraltech. All items so wear and scuffs no breaks on poles all hooks are firm and Intact. These items have all been stored in a smoke free safe climate temp for the past 15+ years. A very nice set. Lot of 2 vintage reels both dark green Abu Ambassadeur 5000D. Nice combo.
This is a nice duplicate set of Ambassadeur 5000D in the dark green color. They are both perfectly functional but as seen in the pics. One of the reels, a previous owner decided it was a good idea to scratch his name into it. So I'm calling that one the parts reel. They both have some wear from age but seem to both work quite well.

Sampson Steel Pack Rod C 1900 W/ Two Vintage Reels. Fly Casting Combo
This turn-of-the-century steel rod circa 1900. Combo, backpack Rod is fresh from the field. This is a seven piece steel rod made by the Union hardware rod company Torrington Connecticut. The name on the rod reads Sampson steel rod Union hardware Torrington Conn. USA. It is a combination bait casting and flyrod in one unit. All 7 pieces are in excellent shape. They have original paint and patina and all guides are in place. The butt section is reversible and has the plug for the section that is not being used. Often not found with these early rods. The canvas case is also in excellent shape with the section sewn in for each rod section. This rod was found with both reels with it in the box. One is a skeleton fly reel also made by the union hardware company Torrington Connecticut. Name on the real is Sunnybrook and has a wooden handle. The ... moreother Reel is a small raised pillar casting reel with a wooden handle. Both are in as found condition. The Sunnybrook reel says made in USA on the bottom of the foot. So when the fish take your bait it will allow line to spool out without yanking your rod in the drink. As soon as you set the hook and start cranking the bait feeder is disengaged and you are on your primary drag. Really nice feature. The reels have 14lb SUFIX ELITE High Vis.line. Aprox 280 yards each. Reels hold 10/440 12/390 15/280 yds 4.5: 1 gear ratio Rotor equalizing system Quick set anti-reverse And now the rods: 15' Okuma Tundra 3 PC. Surf rods rated for 10 to 30 lb. line lure wt of 2-8oz. It takes a few practices if you never casted a surf rod. But let me tell ya I shot a 2oz weight, alewive and floats for bottom fishing clear across our river over 100 yards without ... moreeven trying. These are great for peir fishing. Catfish and any sort of ocean fish. I live on Lake Michigan so the biggest thing we get is king Salmon. One rod has a bit of super glue residue on it where I mounted a bite alarm, it didn't stay this spot is shown in one of the pictures and will not affect the rod at all. The rod originally had 6 sections however the last section(tip of rod is not included) The sale will included the 5 sections of rod. 1 spinning reel, 1 fly reel, a small plastic box with 3 flies and the carrying case. Both reels work great, they should probably get new line before fishing. The case is also very nice but does have some marks and the Marlboro logo that was originally on it has been scribbled over with silver sharpie, because they are an evil tabaco company after all. Penn Long Beach Rod & Reel Combo,Pair,Long Beach 65 Reels and 3360C Rods
Up for auction are a pair of Penn Long Beach rods and reels. The reels are Long Beach 65's.And the rods are Long Beach 3360's. The rods are one piece 6' and rated for 15 to 30 lb.test line.
